<li>2 cucchiai di salsa di pomodoro</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Procedimento</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Fate soffriggere in poco olio la cipolla tritata insieme alla carota e alla patata tagliate a dadini.</li>
<li>Aggiungete il rosmarino e il peperoncino.</li>
<li>Unite i ceci già cotti. Versate dell'acqua o del brodo vegetale fino a coprire il tutto, e la salsa di pomodoro.</li>
<li>Cuocete per 25 minuti circa, dopo di che frullatene una parte.</li>
<li>La minestra deve risultare abbastanza liquida per poter cuocere il riso.</li>
<li>Versate il riso. Lasciate cuocere per circa 15 minuti.</li>
<li>Infine aggiungete un pizzico di noce moscata e aggiustate di sale.</li>
<li>Servite calda o tiepida a piacere.</li>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">Dalla notte prima fate ammorbidire in acqua i ceci. Scolateli, sciacquateli e cuoceteli nella pentola a pressione con acqua salata per circa 5 minuti da quando comincia a fischiare. Quando saranno cotti, scolateli e teneteli da parte.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">Lavate molto bene le verdure. Tagliate la cipolla, le zucchine la carota, il sedano e mezzo finocchio a dadini molto piccoli e le patate a dadini medi. Fate scongelare gli spinaci.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">Versate in una pentola alta poco olio extravergine di oliva e fate soffriggere le verdure per circa 5 minuti girandole spesso e tenendo la fiamma media.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">Aggiungete il vino bianco e il dado da cucina delicato e fate stufare, a fiamma media, tenendo coperto.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">Quando il vino sarà quasi evaporato, aggiungete i ceci, la soia e i fagioli borlotti, lo spicchio di aglio e copriteli con acqua calda. Alzate la fiamma e fate cuocere con il coperchio semichiuso per circa 60 minuti.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">Girate di tanto in tanto e controllate che la zuppa non si asciughi troppo. A meta cottura aggiungete le spezie nelle proporzioni che preferite tranne i semi di finocchio.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">Negli ultimi 10 minuti di cottura, togliete l’aglio dalla zuppa e versate qualche mestolo in un pentolino. Frullate il contenuto del pentolino<span>  </span>con un mixer ad immersione e rimettete il contenuto nella pentola. Aggiungete gli spinaci e i semi di finocchio e mettete la fiamma al minimo per circa 5 minuti.</span></p>

<p>250g di farina di polenta bramata<br />
1,1l di acqua<br />
60g di speck<br />
200g di fontina<br />
8 foglie di salvia<br />
30g di parmiggiano reggiano grattuggiato<br />
80g di burro<br />
sale e pepe</p>
<p>------------------------------------------------<br />
Cuocete la farina in acqua leggermente salata per 45 minuti mescolando continuamente.<br />
Versatala su una teglia ricoperta con carta da forno, livellatela e fate raffreddare.<br />
Con un tagliapasta, ritagliate dei quadrati di 4 cm circa o, se preferite dei dischi.<br />
Disponete i quadrati di polenta in una teglia imburrata, alternandoli con la fontina tagliata a fettine e lo speck tagliato a pezzetti.<br />
Fate sciogliere il burro con le foglie di salvia e versatelo sulla preparazione, spolverate con il parmiggiano e il pepe, quindi fate gratinare al forno preriscaldato a 200° C per 20 minuti circa.<br />
Servite caldo.</p>
<p>NOTA:<br />
Per variare questa ricetta, aggiungete alla polenta 180g di ceci già cotti e sgocciolati.<br />
Distribuite sulla superficie 200g di scamorza affumicata tagliata a dadini e 100g di prosciutto cotto di Praga tagliato a listarelle.<br />
A fine cottura della polenta per renderla più gustosa aggiungete 40g di pecorino grattuggiato e mescolate.</p>

<p>200g di orzo perlato<br />
100g di fagioli borlotti secchi<br />
100g di lenticchie secche<br />
30g di parmiggiano reggiano grattuggiato<br />
1 spicchio d'aglio<br />
1/2 cipolla<br />
1 carota<br />
1/2 gambo di sedano<br />
1l di brodo vegetale<br />
4 cucchiai di olio extravergine d'oliva<br />
1 ciuffo di timo<br />
sale e pepe</p>
<p>-------------------------------------------<br />
Iniziate a preparare i legumi, lasciandoli a bagno in acqua fredda almeno 10 ore prima di utilizzarli.<br />
Preparate un battuto di aglio, cipolla, carota e sedano e fatelo soffriggere in una casseruola con l'olio.<br />
Scolate i legumi, uniteli al battuto e fate rosolare il tutto.<br />
Aggiungere l'orzo, bagnate con il brodo vegetale e mescolate.<br />
Fate cuocere a fuoco lento, aggiungendo man mano dell'altro brodo, come se cuoceste un risotto.<br />
Verso il termine di cottura , regolate di sale e pepe, poi unite il parmiggiano reggiano.<br />
Insaporite con le foglioline di timo, poco prima di servire.</p>
<p>NOTA:<br />
Per variare potete sostituire i fagioli borlotti con i ceci, e unite al soffritto 1 rametto di rosmarino.<br />
Per risparmiare tempo invece utilizzate i legumi in scatola e uniteli all'orzo solo 10 minuti prima del termine della cottura.</p>

1 scatola di fagioli<br />
1 scatola di ceci<br />
2 scalogni<br />
½ cipolla<br />
½ cavolo verza<br />
4 cucchiai di olio extravergine d'oliva<br />
50g di burro<br />
1 salamino stagionato<br />
½ bicchiere di vino bianco<br />
1 l di brodo di carne<br />
50g di parmigiano reggiano grattugiato<br />
sale</p>

Sbollentate le foglie di mezza verza per 10 minuti in acqua salata, levatele, asciugatele e privatele della costa centrale.<br />
Tagliate tutto a pezzettini.<br />
Tritate 2 scalogni e fateli dorare con 50 g. di burro, quindi versate 400 g. di riso e fate tostare per 2 minuti mescolando sempre.<br />
Bagnate con ½ bicchiere di vino bianco, lasciate evaporare per 2 minuti, quindi fate cuocere per 18 minuti aggiungendo di tanto in tanto il brodo salato.<br />
Unite a metà cottura la verza, 1 salamino stagionato, che avrete precedentemente tagliato a fettine, il contenuto di una scatola di ceci e 1 di fagioli.<br />
Amalgamate quindi con una noce di burro e 50 g. di parmigiano grattugiato. </p>

<p>Lasciamo una notte i ceci in acqua fredda. Tritiamo molto bene peperoncino, cipolla e carota e le soffriggiamo dolcemente con gli spicchi d'aglio in abbondante olio evo, (ci vorrebbe pure dei tocchetti di lardo e la pancetta, e' un piatto molto popolare, ma lasciamolo interamente vegan...)aggiungiamo i ceci(se in scatola ben lavati dall'acqua di conserva), il rosmarino e la salvia (poca e tritata) e li lasciamo insaporire un paio di minuti...sfumiamo col vino a fiamma alta e dopo un paio di minuti ancora, copriamo con un litro e mezzo circa di acqua (dipende da quanto liquida vi piace...io la preferisco morbida, ma non versione zuppa!), saliamo e lasciamo bollire piano piano per una mezz'ora.</p>
<p>Quando i ceci risulteranno belli teneri ne tiriamo fuori con un mestolo circa i due terzi e con l'aiuto di una forchetta li schiacciamo fino a renderli una pasta omogenea, che riaggiungiamo in cottura. Caliamo la pasta e portiamo a cottura lentamente, io preferisco le mezzemaniche, mi piace abbastanza al dente ma sempre ricca di sughetto denso, se si asciuga troppo possiamo aggiungere dell'acqua o, meglio, del brodo di verdure. Ideale d'inverno, con ditalini in zuppa. (in versione "carnivori" spolverare con abbondate formaggio, magari pecorino)</p>

<p>Hopefully not, because the boy’s back at it again in Korea’s Ceci October 2008. Lee Junki strikes a pose a plenty in the photoshoot whose name is “Lazy Boy or Tough Guy,” which is pretty hilarious because “lazy” is the wrong word and “tough” is the laughable word. The stylists sure had fun with this because Junki dresses up in the manly man’s man clothing in some shots and I’m-a-girl-and-I-roll-up-my-jeans clothing in others. (Lee Junki is pictured above with a member of the stage on set at the shoot.)</p>

<title><![CDATA[Les coupes aux arts: Une pelletée de sable dans le désert!]]></title>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>C'est drôle, que l'on entende les artistes (il paraît que Claude Poirier les a déjà surnommé "les tartisses") déchirer leur chemise dans les médias, et ailleurs, au sujet des coupes budgétaires, récemment effectuées par le gouvernement Harper, et plus particulièrement par la ministre responsable, Josée Verner.  Mais j'en ai appris une bonne, aujourd'hui.</p>
<p>J'ai appris cette chose en lisant <a href="http://www.quebecoislibre.org/08/080915-5.htm" target="_blank">cet article, tiré de la publication web "Le Québécois Libre"</a>, cet après-midi, en arrivant du boulot.  Et cette chose, les artistes se garderont bien de vous en parler, mais moi, je vais vous le donner en mille.  Et la chose en question, c'est ceci.</p>
<p>Les coupes budgétaires, dont se plaint toute la colonie artistique, et à cause desquelles Gilles Vigneault a traité Stephen Harper de dictateur, en plus d'insulter toute la population québécoise qui a osé voter pour les conservateurs, en 2006, se situent entre 45 et 50 millions de dollars.  Comparé à rien du tout, c'est énorme, mais quand on compare cette somme au budget global que le gouvernement fédéral consacre aux arts et à la culture, ce n'est qu'une pelletée de sable dans le désert!  Tenez-vous bien, le budget global, annuel, accordé aux arts et à la culture, par le gouvernement du Canada, est de... 3,2 milliards de dollars!  De plus, les programmes coupés le furent parce qu'ils coûtaient trop cher en frais d'administration, comparativement à ce qu'ils versaient aux artistes.</p>
<p>À la lumière de ces informations, qui sont ceux qui ont le plus manipulé la vérité, d'après vous?  Les membres du gouvernement conservateur, ou les "tartisses"?</p>
<p>En deux mots, moi aussi, je suis bien content que ces "bienheureux" aient été coupés.  Qu'ils arrêtent de brailler sur leur pauvre sort, et qu'ils trouvent du financement ailleurs qu'auprès de nos gouvernements, afin de continuer à se payer des bagnoles de luxe, et des condos dans le sud.  Bref, pendant que vous attendez pour la chirurgie que vous devez subir depuis des années, dites-vouz que les "pauvres" artistes recueillent 3,2 milliards$ en subventions, annuellement, et ce du gouvernement fédéral seulement.  C'est à part les budgets provinciaux.  Pensez-y, la prochaine fois!</p>

Представить себе, что на тайландском острове можно будет найти хумус мы конечно же не могли. Желание же повазюкать вкусным хлебом по тарелке было совершенно непреодолимым. И мы отправились на поиски. Ни в одном крупном супермаркете хумуса не оказалось. Каково же было наше удивление когда мы совершенно случайно, прогуливаясь, наткнулись на BIOMARKT, в котором продавался заветный горох...</p>

350g di spaghetti integrali
180g di ricotta
40g di parmiggiano reggiano a]]></description>

<p>INGREDIENTI</p>
<p>Per 4 persone</p>
<p>350g di spaghetti integrali<br />
180g di ricotta<br />
40g di parmiggiano reggiano a scaglie<br />
80ml di olio extravergine d'oliva<br />
1 mazzetto di erba cipollina<br />
3 rametti di maggiorana<br />
6 foglie di basilico<br />
3 scalogni<br />
1 mazzetto di prezzemolo<br />
2 rametti di dragoncello<br />
1 bustina di zafferano<br />
150g di ceci in scatola<br />
2 peperoncini secchi<br />
sale</p>
<p>------------------------------------------------------<br />
Tritare gli scalogni, i peperoncini, l'erba cipollina, la maggiorana e il dragoncello e metà del basilico.<br />
Poneteli con l'olio d'oliva, lo zafferano e il sale in un pentolino e fare cuocere a bagnomaria.<br />
Cuocere per 15 minuti.<br />
Raccogliete in una ciotola capiente la ricotta passata al colino a maglie non troppo sottili.<br />
Aggiungete i ceci, il prezzemolo e il basilico tritati finemente e mescolate delicatamente.<br />
Nel frattempo cuocere gli spaghetti integrali in abbondante acqua salata, scolatela al dente e unirla alla ricotta, girandola con cura in modo da far sciogliere la ricotta con il calore della pasta.<br />
Versate l'olio aromatizzato ben caldo, aggiungete il parmiggiano, mescolate gli spaghetti e servire subito decorando con 1 ciuffo di basilico.</p>
<p>NOTA:<br />
Rosolate lo scalogno, unite la ricotta e lavoraela con 1 cucchiaio di legno.<br />
Fuori dal fuoco aggiungete 4 cucchiai di olio, le erbe aromatiche e la pasta.<br />
Potete sostituire la ricotta con 1 formaggio caprino e 80g di emmental.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>L'autoroute 73, d'un point de vue global, date d'un sacré bout.  Par contre, si l'on remonte aussi loin que 1963, sur la rive nord du fleuve, avec la construction de l'autoroute Henri-IV, il faudra attendre jusqu'en 1970 pour le pont Pierre-Laporte, puis en 1977 pour l'ouverture du premier tronçon de l'autoroute Robert-Cliche, qui pénètre dans les montagnes de la Beauce, tronçon qui s'étend de l'A-20 jusqu'à la route 171, à Scott.  Par la suite, d'autres tronçons furent ouverts; en 1978, jusqu'à la route Cameron, à Sainte-Marie, mais c'est seulement en 1983 qu'elle atteindra la route Carter, dans la même ville, et encore, sur une seule chaussée!  En 1989, l'A-73 se rend jusqu'à Vallée-Jonction (QC-112), à Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce (QC-276) en 1992, et finalement, quinze ans plus tard, à Beauceville (chemin du Golf), sur deux chaussées, en novembre 2007.</p>
<p>Comme pour la plupart des autoroutes construites en régions montagneuses, l'A-73 comporte certaines particularités.</p>

<p><em><span style="color:#993366;">La forte densité des nuages, ainsi que les arbres matures, situés assez près de la chaussée, ont créé un contrejour important, sur cette photo.  C'est à cet endroit que l'A-73 se terminait, avant l'automne dernier; la sortie 72, vers la route 276, à Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce.  Le tout nouveau tronçon s'étend à partir de ce point, vers le sud.</span></em></p>

<p>Je fus un peu déçu, parce que l'A-73 s'arrète au chemin du Golf, à Beauceville, puis que passé ce point, plus rien.  Pas de travaux.  Je vous reviendrai là-dessus, d'autant plus que Patrick Lessard, auteur d'<a href="http://www.geocities.com/autoroute73/" target="_blank">un site web dédié à l'autoroute 73</a>, m'a communiqué de précieuses informations sur cette autoroute, ainsi que sur les tergiversations concernant la poursuite des travaux.  C'est donc à suivre.</p>

<p>Es que no lo sé, pero con sólo ver sus últimas fotos para la revista <strong><em>Ceci</em></strong>, presentando la línea de ropa <strong><em>UGIZ</em></strong>, me atrapa un poco más.</p>
