Oggi vi presento una straordinaria pixelart, iso castle, di fool.

A prima vista l'immagine ha un ottimo impatto, andando poi ad analizzarla nei particolari, si rimane esterrefatti: incredibile la cura con cui sono stati disegnati tutti i dettagli (con solo 36 colori) :O

Per chi è interessato, fool ha creato una gif che mostra i progressi durante la creazione (aspettate che si carichi tutta, sono 3 mb).

Ecco il primo di un appuntamento che ci guiderà quotidianamente: la Daily Deviation.
La Daily Deviation è una raccolta di deviations scelte dallo staff di DeviantArt nel loro vasto archivio, giorno per giorno.

Loro ne selezionano una dozzina su migliaia di deviations, noi ne scegliamo una in quella dozzina :P

I think this is my fifth DD at deviantART. The others have been cool – a pretty bird, a blues musician, etc. – but this one is special. It was awarded to a very special image. This one:

This shot means a lot to me, for reasons that I shouldn't have to go into. I do have one concern, however, and it is this: Whenever one of my photos is fortunate enough to gain wide recognition, it makes me feel slightly awkward because I'm afraid people are going to think my motives for making photographs is to get myself noticed. I'm a working photographer, not a hobbyist, so yes, a large part of my time is spent trying to get new work. However, that is not the reason I shoot.

I feel it is my duty to bring the truth to people; To tell a story. A lot of people have showered compliments down on me about the above image, but I want to let it be known that that image has very little to do with me. As a photojournalist, I am merely an objective tool used to bring stories to the public. Do not concentrate on me; concentrate on the story.

My thanks go out to all who favorited the image, and took their time to write their sincere comments. I really love it when one of my images inspires people to think and to talk.

I won't dwell on the few who took the opportunity to be obnoxious or to try to tell me how they think I should shoot. Come talk to me when your gallery doesn't feature cat photos and restaurant signs. Maybe then I'll pay attention to what you have to say. I'm sorry if that sounds obnoxious, but I can only take so much of that crap.
