Alles was das Final Fantasy Herz begehrt.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII (クライシス コア -ファイナルファンタジーVII, -Kuraishisu Koa -Fainaru Fantajī Sebun-) is an action role-playing game developed and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation Portable. The game is a prequel to Final Fantasy VII and is also the fourth entry in the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII, which also includes the games Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII and Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII, as well as the CGI movie Final Fantasy VII Advent Children and the anime, Last Order: Final Fantasy VII. Production was overseen by Yoshinori Kitase, the director of the original Final Fantasy VII, with Hajime Tabata as the game's director and Tetsuya Nomura as the game's character designer. The game mainly focuses around Zack Fair, a 2nd Class (and later 1st class) SOLDIER, and the events leading up to his destined demise. He meets many of the Final Fantasy VII characters, including Cloud Strife and Aerith Gainsborough, with whom he develops strong bonds. The game's storyline takes the player from the war with the Wutai to the events at Nibelheim, and right up to the time just before the Final Fantasy VII beginning. Some of the missing events or plot holes from Nibelheim and afterwards are explained in the animated feature, Last Order: Final Fantasy VII

.

Gameplay

Crisis Core has action- and menu-based elements. The new battle system is known as Digital Mind Wave, or "DMW", and revolves around a series of reels at the upper left corner of the screen which spin continuously as long as there are Soldier Points, or "SP" left to consume. Each reel rotates independently and upon lining up three reels of the same character and value, a power-up or a "Power Surge!" will be rewarded to Zack. The player has full control over Zack when moving around, and can rotate the camera with the left and right triggers. Enemies abound in the field screen, battles against whom take place in real time. Enemies can be attacked physically and magically. Spells such as Fire and Cure are located on the command bar rather than in a separate sub-menu like in Final Fantasy VII, and used in the same fashion as previous titles. Materia makes a return, fully customizable and in the multiple varieties from Final Fantasy VII, including green (spells) and yellow (extra commands: Steal, Sense, etc.). In addition, Materia can be fused together to enhance one Materia's abilities (such as making a Cure Materia that increases HP), or to make an entirely new Materia. The Materia the player has equipped determine the Magic and special commands on the in battle menu. Defensive and evasive maneuvers can also be used, such as dodge-rolling and blocking incoming attacks. Following the completion of the game, the player will obtain a New Game Plus option. Also The USA release of Crisis Core has an added Hard mode to the game which causes the enemies to gain doubled stats, and a 10x HP gain.

Setting

Characters

The central character in Crisis Core is Zack Fair, the SOLDIER member known from Cloud's past in the original game, and Professor Hojo and Jenova are also present. Many characters known from Dirge of Cerberus are also present, and so other returning characters include Weiss, Nero, Genesis Rhapsodos. Vincent Valentine also makes an appearance if Zack opens his coffin in Nibelheim, although the player does not see his face as Zack gets spooked at the sight of a "dead" body and closes the coffin saying that Vincent should be left to sleep in peace. There are many returning characters from the Final Fantasy VII series so far, including the main character from Final Fantasy VII, Cloud Strife. The main villain, Sephiroth returns, this time during his time in SOLDIER, and we also see the majority of the other playable characters from the original game, namely Aerith Gainsborough, Tifa Lockhart, Yuffie Kisaragi, Cait Sith, along with members of the Turks also seen in the original, Tseng, Reno and Rude. The Turk with the shuriken from Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII, Cissnei, returns in Crisis Core. Angeal Hewley (アンジール・ヒューレー, Anjīru Hyūrē): A SOLDIER 1st Class who acts as a mentor to Zack to whom he seems to have become something of a patron. He is a respected 1st Class and has a great sense of responsibility and wisdom and is a companion to Sephiroth and Genesis, the latter of whom he grew up with in the rural village of Banora. Angeal is the original owner of the Buster Sword used by Zack and, later, Cloud, which was purchased for him by his late father using all the family's savings. He tends not to use the weapon, however, claiming that "use brings about wear, tear and rust". When Zack encounters him in the Midgar plate interior, it is revealed that, as a result of genetic manipulation through Project G, Angeal bears one white wing on his right shoulder. Angeal's surname is derived from the Greek word hyle which is translated as materia in Latin. Angeal is voiced by Kazuhiko Inoue in the Japanese version and Josh Gilman in the English version. Genesis Rhapsodos (ジェネシス・ラプソードス, Jeneshisu Rapusōdosu): A 1st class member of SOLDIER and close friend of Angeal and Sephiroth. He is the result of Project G that Dr. Gast, Dr. Crescent, and Dr. Hojo organized. Like Angeal, he has a single wing, but his is black and protrudes from the left shoulder. He is a mysterious figure who is known to favor the play LOVELESS which he apparently found in his parents' study, and often recites lines from the play. He makes an appearance first in Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII's secret ending, but his name is unknown to the player at that point, only being referred to as "G". His last name is a reference to the greek word "ραψωδός" which means "rhapsodist". He is voiced by Gackt in the Japanese version and Oliver Quinn in the English version. Lazard (ラザード, Razādo?): The director of Shinra's SOLDIER department which, during the events of Crisis Core, is an independent department of the company (in Final Fantasy VII there is no SOLDIER Director on the Shinra board, and Lazard's portfolio has apparently been subsumed by Heidegger). Lazard has received promotions at an exceptional speed to attain his present status within the organization. The reason for this is hinted at subtly throughout Lazards various SOLDIER missives that Zack receives during the course of the game. Later on, he is altered into an Angeal Clone, and dies after the Shinra army attack him and the incapacitated Cloud. As confirmed in the FFVII Ultimania Guide, Lazard is in fact the illegitimate son of President Shinra and is the half-brother of Vice President Rufus Shinra. He is voiced by Stefan Marks in the English release of Crisis Core. Professor Hollander (ホランダー, Horandā): A former Shinra scientist who holds a grudge against Hojo, due the power struggle for leader of Shinra's Department of Scientific Research that cost Hollander his status and reputation. He is the father of Angeal and the creator of Project G, originally Project Gillian as he uses his wife as a carrier and extracts it from her into Genesis. He sides with Genesis originally, serving to halt his degradation, until Genesis had no more use for his services, but Genesis let him live since he later injected himself with G cells. He has a small black wing and his body begins to deteriorate quickly. He is voiced by Shinya Ohwada in the original Japanese version and by Sterling Young in the English dub. Other characters include Kunsel (カンセル, Kanseru), a member of SOLDIER and a very good friend of Zack who helps Zack from time to time in the game. He serves to teach Zack (and the player) the mechanics of the game and provides tutorials. Luxiere (ルクシーレ, Rukushīre) is a Second class SOLDIER who is a fan of Zack and emails Zack regularly. Through one of his emails, he informs Zack that he has been selected for promotion to 1st class.

Plot

On a Shinra Electric Power Company helicopter above a train in Midgar, Angeal gives Zack orders about his mission. Zack jumps from the helicopter on to the train below and begins to fight Shinra infantrymen (who Angeal claims to be Wutai operatives in disguise) and fights more when he arrives at the train station in a scene very reminiscent of Final Fantasy VII's opening. At that time, the SOLDIER Mass Disappearance Incident occurred when, during combat operations in Wutai, Genesis, a first class member of SOLDIER, went missing without a trace along with many other SOLDIERs. The Shinra Company's top management assessed the situation and decided to send out SOLDIER in order to bring an end to the war and clarify the scandal, and so, Angeal and Zack, as well as Sephiroth, whose name would come to be known throughout the world as a hero, were dispatched to Wutai.

Development and release

The game was announced at E3 2004 before the release of the PlayStation Portable. Its first trailer consisted of clips from the OVA Last Order: Final Fantasy VII. In an interview for Famitsu, Tetsuya Nomura had stated that a playable demo of the game would be ready by the end of 2006. However, there was no mention of whether the demo would be openly available to PSP owners. However, a playable demo was available at Jump Festa '06. Angeal's design was originally to be the main character design in Final Fantasy VII, but was replaced with Cloud's final design. On September 13, 2007 Square Enix released a special edition bundle for Crisis Core, which included a copy of the game which had a special box cover art of Zack Fair standing in front of Shin-Ra HQ holding the Buster Sword in front of him (shown further up the page), special silver coloured slim and light PSP (PSP-2000 as it is called in Japan) with Final Fantasy VII 10th Anniversary insignia on the back, on one side, designed by Tetsuya Nomura, and the meteor from Final Fantasy VII on the other side, Buster Sword strap, and came packaged in a box similar to that of a shoe box. As with many limited edition Final Fantasy VII releases by Square Enix, the bundle was limited to 77,777 units. On December 17th, 2007 it was announced that Crisis Core would be coming to the United States on March 25, 2008. If pre-ordered from certain retailers such as Gamestop, the buyer may receive a Shinra UMD case, depending on how long supplies last at each retailer and if pre-ordered from Best Buy, the buyer may receive Crisis Core with a metallic foil cover. Two versions of the game will be released in Europe: alongside the regular edition available at retail, there will be a limited edition version only available online, and then only when pre-ordered. This limited edition version includes special slipcase packaging and a book of promotional CG artwork entitled "The Art of Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-".

Audio

The game's soundtrack was released on October 10, 2007, covering 55 songs across two discs. The music was composed by Takeharu Ishimoto, with a few tracks by Kazuhiko Toyama. The soundtrack also includes remixes of various music from Final Fantasy VII and "Final Fantasy VII - Last Order" composed by Nobuo Uematsu. The game's theme song is called "Why", by Ayaka.

Reception

Crisis Core sold 350,000 copies in Japan on its release date, including the 77,777 Limited Edition PSP/Crisis Core bundles. Square Enix recently announced that Crisis Core was its best-selling game across all regions from April through September with 710,000 copies sold in Japan. Crisis Core has received generally positive reviews. With individual scores of 9/9/8/9, Crisis Core received an overall rating of 35/40 points from Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu. GameSpot gave the game a score of 9/10, praising its plot, as well as its overall presentation. Due to this, the game was credited as being one of the "Editor's Choice". IGN gave it 8.5/10, citing its great overall presentation and story. It also received a place amongst the "Editor's Choice" gallery of recommended games for the PSP platform. On Metacritic, it has an average score of 85 through 30 reviews. X-Play gave it a 2/5 with complaints about the unskippable cutscenes, dialogue, gameplay, and plot. The review quickly became one of their most criticized reviews. On April Fools' Day, in response to criticism over their original review, they "decided to give the game a second look and gave it a mock rereview, this time with a clear unbiased perspective," editing in favorable voiceovers (from someone other than Adam Sessler) and giving it a 6/5. As of April 1, 2008, Crisis Core has sold 301,600 copies upon its first month of release in the United States. Behind the sales of God of War: Chains of Olympus (340,500), Crisis Core was the 2nd best-selling game for the PSP during the month of March and the 6th best-selling game overall. As of November 19, 2007, the game has sold 710,000 copies in Japan according to Square Enix, and as of April 17, 2008, 301,600 copies in the United States according to the NPD Group

Kalahkan Ruby

for Indonesian gamers Only (sorry guys, this Faq is a request from Indonesian gamers)

Sebelum mencoba berhadapan dengannya, pastikan kamu punya beberapa tools berikut:

- 2 Slot Knights of the Round

begitu masuk pertempuran jika ada kesempatan, langsung Summon Knights of the Round secepat mungkin

Upss ... Jika kamu ga punya Knights of the Round, apakah kamu diam saja?

I personaggi

for Indonesian gamers Only (sorry guys, this Faq is a request from Indonesian gamers)

melihat film (DVD) FF VII: Advent Children,

2.Membuka Mode lainnya (Character, Trial dsb)

Selesaikan Extra Mission Mode dan temukan Memory Capsule di dalamnya.
(sorry terlalu panjang jika diuraikan satu-satu).
Tiap Misi berbeda-beda letak dan jenisnya.
Jadi, pasang mata baik-baik.

3.Mendapatkan Extra Ending (Movie tambahan-The Lost Story)

yang tak lain dibintangi Gackt/Genesis/G (Vice and Nero’s Big Brother).
Dan kamu tahu siapa Gackt? Ya benar … dia adalah penyanyi OST FF VII: DC berjudul Redemption.

4.Penampakan Cactuar (The Fenomenal Creature in FF Series)

Lalui hingga mencapai sebuah celah tak berpintu yang terdapat time accounting,

5.Mendapatkan Ultima Weapon

Senjata terkuat Vincent Valentine setelah Death Penalty (sebelum berubah jadi Chaos).
Berminat?

Cara mendapatkannya:
Setelah mengalahkan Dragon Fly,

6.Ternyata Cloud Strife sangat populer

As of currently, the game hasn't been released yet.
From the 2 main trailers leaked onto the net, we can say this game is going to be a hit.
The graphics look superb for The portable playstation's hardware.
They are both sharp, detailed and colourful.
Gameplay seems to involve alot of running around searching for various items etc like most RPG's,
but unlike many of the previous Final Fantasy titles, they have implicated a new battle system, with what looks likes a slot machine in the top left hand corner.
It has more of a star ocean 3 kind of feel to it,running around and hacking enemies to bits rather then the old fashioned:
"select a option from a menu". Music so far seems to be the same as the Final Fantasy VII OST.
The opening music to Midgar from the original hit in 1997, can be heard on one of the sequences from Crisis Core.
There's not much else that can be analysed until further footage has been released.

Story
From details that have been shown it is safe to say this is Zack's story,
and will cover the events between the supporting characters Sephiroth, Cloud,
Angeal, Aerith, Tseng, and Genesis,
as well as other characters with minor roles (such as the other Turks,
and the other main characters of Final Fantasy VII) up until the events of Nibelheim.
Any other further details about the story are yet to be revealed.
Yet a major plot point hinted at in the final chapter of Final Fantasy VII universe,
Dirge of Cerberus, were the 3 G Reports,
the only records left of the Genesis Project and its aftermath.
Within the three brief reports it reveals a project performed by Shin-Ra on a SOLDIER only known as "G".
It also discussed the whereabouts of "G" (Genesis/Gackt?),
that he was sealed deep under Midgar by a SOLDIER who died in order to defeat him.
That SOLDIER that managed to defeat Genesis was most likely Angeal,
which explains how the Buster Sword eventually ends up in Zack's possession.

This was the 2nd game I played when I got my PlayStation (after FF VIII).
It's also one of my favourite games ever.
The story is based around a group of people trying to save the world from an evil corporation named Shinra,
that is sucking all the energy from the planet. It soon becomes clear to this group of misfits,
especially to the leader, Cloud (who is the game's main character),
that they have an even worse enemy - Sephiroth,
a genetically engineered soldier long thought dead,
who has returned with only one thing on his mind: total destruction of the world he believes punished him,
with his very creation. Now it's up to this group of unlikely heroes to stop Sephiroth,
from causing the end of the world,
even as Cloud struggles to find his identity and uncover the secrets of his own mysterious past.
This game has awesome graphics, an incredible story, and even moved me to tears at times,
one of greatest game made ever, Try out ... (eventhough u r not a FF fan)
A giant energy manufacturing company known as Shinra Inc.
is harvesting the sheer life energy of the Planet as a simple fossil fuel.
Processed and made into products known as Mako and Materia, these materials can work miracles,
granting the wisdom of the Ancients to the user.
However, this substance, like all other fuels,
is finite in supply, and the Planet's life-force is being malevolently drained,
by the constant exploitation of Mako by Shinra. Though aware of the harmful effects,
they function without remorse.

However, the real battle lies not with a corporation, but a force much more competent from the distant past.
A long-thought dead warrior bent on becoming more and more powerful,
coupled with the Planet's drained energy, threatens the very existence of everything sacred.

Now a small rebel group emanating from the slums must quell the various dangers toward the innocent,
and one mercenary for hire must look amidst the lies and deception and find the man he is within.

You will be be able to receive missions from other characters,
and requests to play with other people around the globe, as a Turk.

While Before Crisis has not been released outside of Japan yet,
expectations for the game are high.
Mobile gaming has not yet picked up in popularity in North America and Europe,
but Square-Enix is hoping that the success the game has had in its home market base will be reflected abroad.
A tentative feeler has been put out in North America,
where Square-Enix is said to be planning an American release in 2006 on the Verizon mobile network.
Actual confirmations as to date and other mobile carriers to be used have not yet been made.

In Indonesia or another Asia Region? I dont ever know,

Story

Before Crisis is the prequel to the 1997 Sony PlayStation video game Final Fantasy VII,
taking place during the six years prior to the events of that game.
It involves the adventures of the Turks,
a group of supporting characters featured in Final Fantasy VII.
Before Crisis Story is set just after the War between Shinra and the Wutai Tribe.
With the tribe now defeated and the peoples of Gaia now in need for materia and Mako,
Shinra finds itself the dominant power in the world.
There are those that disagree with the actions of Shinra.
These are called AVALANCHE.
The main story is the plot between the the AVALANCHE and Shinra,
although more events occur and escalate.

There are a total of 25 episodes altogether, with the bonus episode titled: "Tseng's Side Story".
This bonus is set prior to Before Crisis and talks about Tseng's past life.
Towards the end of May,
a special edition game mode; WEAPON mode, will be released,
in which revolves around your character travelling the world and hunting down JADE WEAPON.
This is the seventh weapon known in the Series of Final Fantasy VII along side: Ultimate Weapon,
Diamond Weapon, Ruby Weapon, Emerald Weapon, Sapphire Weapon and Omega Weapon
(gooshh, one ask from FF Freak ... WHEN)

Square Enix has finally given Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII a European release date of "spring".

For those unsure, this is the action RPG that caused PSP sales to multiply six times over in Japan last September.

Set before the renowned Final Fantasy VII, you play as Zack who works for SOLDIER, a military group run by an electric company busy at work on building a metropolis.

The game begins when you, Angeal and Sephiroth are sent to investigate the whereabouts of some missing SOLDIER members. Complications ensue.

Crisis Core was among the first games announced for PSP, and its lengthy development means gorgeous visuals and cutscenes to put others to shame.

But its big selling point, the real-time and fast-paced battle system, is yet to be proven. Perhaps we needed more time with it, but when we saw it last May it felt fiddly and unconvincing.

Could be wrong though - Japanese magazine Famitsu gave it a score of 35/40.

Stay tuned.. =)

all i want is baked macaroni and cheese.
.. okay, so the cheese needs to be part gouda, it's still "just" macaroni and cheese.
... anyway, it's something that just isn't in the kitchen in component form, argh.

ice cream sandwiches are good for us, bad for the cats. it's ice cream, but there's no bowl; no bowl, no cat lickings.

became inspired and walked 3.5 miles with the occasional spastic running burst. hoooora~
felt like crying, had a clove and a shower instead. i think i'm quite sure cat is just never going to talk to me again and that there's no whimper, no bang, and while i don't get the chewing out i wanted to avoid the result is that i get the big nothing. zoot. there it is. nowhere.

early days: Rude suddenly realized that he would have to invest in a good pair of mirrored shades or else serve out his days of duty with a perpetual look of panicked awe visible in his eyes due to his new partner's boundless energy and measureless stupidity. New partner- the squirreley red-head didn't know yet, and Rude's conscience wrestled with the fact that this would be his last opportunity to snuff him out before it became official. Killing an annoying subordinate was one thing, killing a full-fledged Turk was unheard of, much less a partner.

"Tseng's waiting," he <s>strangled</s> managed to say, and pointed a <s>striking</s> shaking hand at the office door.
