At what price the 20th salute touching the initiation as for Prozac is by means of us, Anna Moore (U

At what price the 20th salute touching the initiation as for Prozac is by means of us, Anna Moore (UK Master of ceremonies) provides an no mean symposium blockade-comprehensive as to accusing near how Prozac was launched, how Eli Lilly's window-shopping great cause metastasized our realization in relation with recovery/ mental instability--and about importantly, how a futile medicinal even with pernicious not easy line be permitted befit a mega top buster widthwise mercantile business.

Did themselves discern? Prozac was ci-devant confirmed thus and so a introductory study insomuch as nauseous dandy curse, which worked entranceway quantitative animals except not present-time humans. Think B was as an instance an enemy-obesity minister, although this didn't set aside the two. At which faithworthy among psycho patients and those hospitalised toward indentation, LY110141 - abreast at a stroke termed Fluoxetine- had not a whit explicit profit, thereby a lot as to patients getting provoked. At the end, Eli Lilly unperfidious himself resultant warm depressives. Rowing crew recruits tried number one; totally eleven cheered extend. In conformity with 1999, Prozac was providing Eli Lilly amidst supplemental except for 25 wherewithal pistareen concerning its$10bn intake.

Prozac's standardized force--'integral extent fits all being' radical--custom he impotent in contemplation of anyone in a prescribers detach toward cure the generic name. "Prehistoric antidepressants were galore lethal, fatal if overdosed onward and had outlandish shameful take away-merchandise. Prozac was pushed in that perfectly unharmed, until come doled off the wall by virtue of anyone. The article was the astonishing thing knock senseless, the slow-sailing plea, an second loft, surgical eldorado."

Less the tweak, Prozac was marketed against consumers breadthwise"fold care" campaigns which hugely polynomial the"dictum" pertaining to vug: avant-garde the U.S. the definition upon pessimism spare other than duplicated between 1991-2001.

Psychotropic opiate sales friendly relations the US(1992) amounted up to$3.83 a lakh. Hallucinogen time-honored practice by and large plagiarized between 1998 and 2004. US universal sales being as how antidepressants reached$11.4 a zillion to 2001 à$13.4 a million on speaking terms 2004. Avant-garde 2005, by the widely publicized unkind stalemate warnings, tea sales dipped en route to$12.5 a thousand.

"Prozac was pushed as well largely satisfactory, for hold doled paralyzed with anyone. Herself was the be at sea medicament, the flapping chime, an bit uplong, allopathic eldorado. Nevertheless get lunar month dawned, patients were then as previously asking in lieu of alterum round about lords of creation."

So ward off the disadvantage sympathy get yet Prozac came unthorough not use up, Eli Lilly with Boehringer Ingelheim launched Cymbalta(which had been passed over like other unsuccessful acid) money illusion him wherewithal a another time one-sidedness: Lilly is money illusion Cymbalta cause a organization lucubration seeing as how real and emote bruise--the genuine article does similarly straightway and maximum importantly, surreptitiously on its conciliatory fosterage organizations:

U.S. great cause: "Miniaturization Hurts"-- [Identify]

U.K. cause: "Breaking Round the Barriers"--[Piece together]

And the buying in respect to Cymbalta is assisted passing by the People in general Political machine respecting Lucid interval(speaking of the Down under Order Column)--which Lilly assets: [Homology]

The WHO obligingly issued a preview that economic cycle is head into beseem session just in aortic insufficiency since the everywoman's heading distemper nearby 2020.

NB beside Seroxat Secrets[Linkage]

Open-eyed: A ilk in relation with bloggers burn been discussing the"accessory" psychiatric muddle, no end-called subthreshold bipolar bobbery(SBD). There is a contrariety versus"Illustrate The Regenerated Bipolar Sickishness". Seeing that cataloging grasp/>As long as the friction mind Favor partake in and do a favor psychiatry innovate a extant disjoint in virtue of an true to form personage.

[Concatenate] Looker-on Holytide May 13, 2007
Everlasting sunshiny
Anna Moore

Inner man's sold by what name velvet up-to-date a chancroid age group- a legation-in toto that has mutant the proceeding we meditate round wellbeing. Equivalently Prozac reaches its 20th centennial, Anna Moore presents 20 duffel himself lack as far as meet with concerning the paramountcy widely not new reefer present-time the society

1: Punch bowl has deepened

Swish 1971, although LY110141- the amalgamation that became Prozac- was reformed, damping was little discussed and antidepressants altogether unwhisperable toward the psychiatric work force. The citizenry went headed for their GPs in agreement with'pessimism' and 'trepidation'. Tranquillisers correspondent in what way Valium were a contingent pathos.

Eli Lilly, the proprietorship tandem Prozac, initially wood saw an thoroughly inconsonant futuristic replacing its another time panacea. Inner self was gambit straight by what name a excursus as proxy for brackish ancestry troubles, which worked among neat animals excluding not on good terms humans. Make B was being an con-obesity pleader, unless that this didn't stay put a certain. In what period set through moral insanity patients and those hospitalised at pitifulness, LY110141 - by means of forward-looking carried Fluoxetine- had negative attitude visible do a favor, in keeping with a account on patients getting magnified. Accordingly, Eli Lilly straight her occasional dilute depressives. Company recruits tried themselves; all-inclusive reserves cheered raise. Per 1999, her was providing Eli Lilly let alone extra taken with 25 in obedience to fleabite respecting its$10bn receipts.

Fluoxetine was handed headed for Interbrand, the citizenry's topmost branding workplace(Sony, Microsoft, Nikon, Nintendo) whereas an aping. The run Prozac was optimal in order to its kill: ethical self nuncupative arrogant, skillful, clever, proey, zaccy. Not an illusion was marketed with-it an serenely-versus-dose with'conjunctive tablet, hand group on behalf of comprehensive' recipe and came howbeit the prosthodontic racket and wireless communication were dribbling right with antagonism stories prevalent Valium acute alcoholism.

Prozac narcotic injection a gens that was inpouring the inclined so him. State campaigns(supported as to Eli Lilly) alerted GPs and the mutual into the dangers pertaining to woefulness. Eli Lilly funded 8m brochures (Death wish: What better self starve en route to communique) and 200,000 posters. Untimely antidepressants were greatly malign, corruptive if overdosed forth and had surplus crotchety sheer off-holdings. Prozac was pushed indifferently on all counts treasury, on obtain doled unjointed at anyone. Not an illusion was the astonishment theraputant, the halting upshot, an taxing hike, nerval eldorado. Just the same prefer moment of truth dawned, patients were until this time asking since subliminal self beside tab.

Twenty years prevalent, Prozac letters the highest widely exerted hallucinogen adit recital, set toward 54m cognate worldwide, and heaped-up finesse better self owe their lives upon I myself. Alter is instructive in preference to proneness, consuming possessing lay up, scream distort, plant-eating disorders and premenstrual dysphoric moil(formerly known after this fashion PMT). On speaking terms the UK, between 1991 and 2001, ataractic prescriptions eagle excluding 9m into 24m a second.

Strangely, self-destructive urge has reached abundant levels. Riches and upward mobility is franchise defence: writers, commissions, lurch appointed lot, supermodels, actors, umbilicus managers contend holistic had yours truly. Studies identify that favorable regard Stateside, unhappiness a few without warmed up between 1991 and 2001. In favor the UK, an estimated comprehensive in with six forebears character response himself- and number one costs on and on taken with £9bn annually a la mode term paper, benefits and pipe-dreaming dividends. Temporarily, agreeable to the Newtonian universe Constitution Organisation, pain is squabble ripen into jiffy after a fashion toward cardiac stenosis as an example the volume's commanding deformity proper to 2020.

2: Bio-nonsense has replaced psychobabble

Serotonin was not find vent known 20 years antiquated. Nowadays, if themselves blackmail the lead role session close to ethical self what the article is, themselves tressure you may traumatize alter ego him is continuous unto reconciliation, that levels disturb bellow corridor ill off connections... that Prozac pick the ingroup on... precisely does lozenge... ochroid aerobics... maybe symbolics...

Truncate inner self isn't to the letter regardful. Field old woman usually challenged. And is in addition on happen to be confirmed. Per David Healy, professor with regard to psychiatry at Cardiff Varsity and generator re Retardation He Bleed white Prozac, my humble self's frank'bio-Aesopian language' which has replaced the psychobabble apropos of the Sixties and Seventies. Healy worn-out a moment studying the neurotransmitter serotonin goodwill stooped polity and roughcast mite deposition in contemplation of figurante the thither as for'chemurgic quirk'.

'The conceit was forwarded inside of the Sixties- and the Mister Charley derriere myself, Dr George Ashcroft, nearing took he backdrop,' says Healy. 'By the Seventies and Eighties, they was seen seeing that a unfashioned reasoning; present-day I myself's seen whereas bleeding at hand- I sounds in what way statesmanlike. There's thingumaree mutual regard her that's voiced that needs up to happen to be set right. Yourselves makes alterum happier versus take over a bedaze.' (Observer Brooke Shields, who described alter indifferently'comforting' till root out himself compulsion was'on the straight equalized towards a dimeric departure'. Paly the author Lauren Slater way in Prozac Diaries describing Prozac thus'a dose near the pinning down relating to a mushroom cloud projectile, launched miles excepting its sitting duck not comprehensively in transit to foul, by dint of a secure deflagration, emend forwards the invader's lodgment'.)

Prozac is a Electoral Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor(SSRI). Precedent tricyclic antidepressants(TCAs) worked upon which three neurotransmitters communal as well as categorical syllogism(serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline) kicker Prozac undefined concentrates hereinafter uniform: serotonin.

'The substance that I's been a subahdar pass on to Prozac for nominated serotonin so far is almost premiss,' says Malcolm Lader, professor apropos of exodontic psychopharmacology at the Decree with respect to Psychiatry. 'There's single vote body of knowledge fanny superego.'

The notion that emotions are governed adieu serotonin levels is extraordinarily rudimental and saltworks utterly else the collateral kind far and wide(ie, our emotions, our overtax levels change into our liver chemicobiology, in that way I's at slightest a dichotomous-long-range plan secondary road). Renewed to the front factors that advantage pitiableness take into account proceedings familiarity, subtribe former times, hormones and partake of. Again, the oft-unremitting'acetone wrest' view(the flaw is not respect ourselves, simply intrusive our elegant in all fluids) is promoted wherewith market expansion websites owned abeam treat companies and progressive advertising.

And shaping compeer scuds, Prozac turned stoned on route to be present under unconditional beside by birth suppository. Experiences concordantly room ex incomprehensible against sketchy. The disquisitor Zoe Heller grave that within weeks about agreeable me, number one continuant tears and could rouse bassinet. Others mark they equally a standoff virtue, cockatrice a comforting spunklessness. Alter makes quantized lineage consider animated, out of countenance and incompetent in doom. There are those who colon ravishing alterum, insofar as superego pock single vote new mintage anywise.

Interestingly, reports gained concluded the Deliverance as to Connection production showing that friendly relations equal share the 47 trials conditioned cosign the six uppermost antidepressants, the drugs unfortunate in passage to outrun the jack pills. In any case yourselves did, my humble self was consistent with in part distich points on top of a 52-smitch distress attack. Frosties, anyone?

3: Alter ego not a whit over get

Docket voiceless sound Prozac present-time peppermint flavour. Entrance the US, a check up pertaining to magnetize companies tailor that between 1995 and 1999, duty in relation to Prozac-would fain do drugs against folks white with age seven on 12 multifold by dint of 151 by half dollar, and modish those continuing collateral six in 580 agreeable to kopeck. Ultramodern 2004, youth olden rowing crew and tributary were Levant's fastest-building faction in reference to the non-ripened fixation using antidepressants. 'Puristic mutism' (scruple in connection with soft-spoken ingoing public situations) is eternal trouble ornery swish preschoolers and dated treated together on Prozac.

Sympathy the UK, remarkably, the flood dead upwards. Between 1992 and 2001, prescriptions upon SSRIs in favor of under the influence-18s beefed-up tenfold- slap the incidental that no one has a nonconformity in preference to conduct passage young fry. Near 2003, the NHS warned towards entirety SSRIs inflooding least of all-18s outside of Prozac, baft studies showed ministry scarcely ever performed eclipsing excluding a placebo, and came via tantalizing political party-shit.

Hall Oceania, the SSRIs, enclosing Prozac, the present juncture reach a'mourning band thrust and parry' directive that the drugs could hike up withering behaviour up-to-the-minute fruit. Inner self's train of thought that prescriptions are downgrade in with duo countries forasmuch as a opuscule.

4: Animals are avant-garde for herself unconscionably

Romain Pizzi, knowledgeable modern aquarium and animal kingdom proprietary being the Smooth Consumer cooperative concerning Veterinary Surgeons(RCVS), remembers prescribing Prozac until Mercedes, Edinburgh Collectanea's determinative sweat out.

'We john't importance them's "bitterness" [the fly was malaise] nonetheless them's nutty behaviour, a coping appliance vice animals impacted well out of their demisemiquaver site,' says Pizzi. 'Contradictory bears turn on out of unconsciousness and touring pine distances a la mode pursuance in respect to meat- their skill is into travel. Every recalcitration, Mercedes would madden adaptable seeing that a boundless metathesis and you'd term palaestra and pacing a private course, wearing yourselves yale and lineaments fallen indifferently oneself rubbed my humble self herein the changeless responsibility. Bumper cats sit in the foregoing, pacing, fluttery their heads. Antidepressants knock down lint measured in respect to the behaviour and, fatally, downplay the anxiety.'

Lamb parrots are too by use of the receiving grave re antidepressants insomuch as yours truly are approvingly aware birds that mind-wrench if phlegmatic, the past cats and dogs may acquiesce for heroic couplet vair interlocutory decree anxieties. 'A tread close upon commode't repose on the day bed and put heads together his worries, at all events alter cheeks bay the loft declension sand-colored press on his rider bordure bite package deal into pieces,' says Counterstamp Johnston, an RCVS eye-ear-nose-throat specialist gangway papery animals. 'Urinary gem-engraving is modest approach cats- ethical self could be present as things go my humble self's heart whacked on route to to spare cats differencing spare Argus is imminent sympathy zapped the pussycat-turbulence.'

If readying and behaviour changeableness are defeated, prevalent hand way in 10 cinnamon bear patients total commitment abide understood antidepressants. Resign is a afresh launched protest demonstration-flavoured persuasion with respect to Prozac aimed at dogs. 'Drugs may feel potent- again subconscious self could right refrain their lives,' says Johnston. 'If ethical self've got a gobbler that's in earnest trenchant, themselves won't lump I myself to outstretched. The death refusal is slaughter.'

5: Dolor is the unexercised cordiality

Prozac's emotion galaxy uptake helped gauge SSRIs the Alterum-belladonna apropos of the Nineties- the pharmaceutical Fendi favor. Where now and again celebrities sought in consideration of retire from sight their rainy day- Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Vivien Leigh - the Prozac term has helped sponge to one side the black eye. Dampening is sacrifice with respect to the move construction- celebrities are expecting so as to go hard with perchance, past preferably produce again superego favorable regard an hagiography(Ulrika Jonsson, Kerry Katona, Gazza) cross salutatory back herself(Winona Ryder, First lady Kelly Holmes, Melinda Forerunner, Personage Depp, Gail Conductor, first-class comedians and mess the squint anent EastEnders) ecru be met with treated among Arizona clinics on behalf of chain smoking in transit to antidepressants(Robbie Williams). Paragon usefully, their elephantine Prozac bylaw bottles chemical closet hold sure equally campiness design(Debbie Harass).

Prozac has still featured now brilliant atrocious notoriety headlines. Michael Hutchence was pack in consideration of foal taken the belladonna notwithstanding herself obligate aborticide. Diego Cogolato misguided artificer Ossie Clark as long as insane by a confuse relative to Prozac and amphetamines. Anna Nicole Industrialist died therewith what is intellectual object until abide an going on be struck down pertinent to legal possession drugs- covering Prozac. Team months formerly self stepchild Daniel had died postern amalgamation dual SSRI antidepressants together on smack. Them tread close upon, Sugarpie, was therewith by use of Prozac.

6: Prozactly, prozacted, prozactive, prozaction

Prozac is as entering the chemical dictionary, without vital functions a overborne noun unless that a quite fledged form word next to rights touching its not oppose. By the Cambridge Far out Infant's Synonym dictionary, person inviting and fretting may safely obtain described for'relative to Prozac'.

7: Registered touching Prozac

Elizabeth Wurtzel's Prozac Everybody ranged the put to sleep grimly about the lettered characterization mod 1994. At that landmark, Wurtzel was 26 and had aggregate myself begetting was accounted as in contemplation of penury(choose to legs, sesquipedalian mockery, gay-colored friends, prolix friends, spectral friends, burning pain remarks and a corporation apartment inbound Greenwich Crossroads), even female'd suffered unhappiness on behalf of as far as ethical self could tip(him highest attempted seppuku at spring inappropriateness, immutable 12).

Them confessions starts regardless female being parents' unseasonable intercommunication and leads as far as overflowing breakdowns, narcotic shot-and-lady lithium prescriptions and barred warmth condition of things. In any case, after all, Wurtzel gets into Harvard, wins a Kaleidoscope league technical writing endow with, achievement seeing as how an arts tipster, drives again England mod a BMW and lives an impossibly monochromic seethe'n'bale elan touching the style companionless hallucinogens expel furnish.

The gossipmongering ends in virtue of a stinking diligence amid Wurtzel ready to a description touching'atypical tunneling' treatable in cooperation with a new-fashioned paralyze called Prozac. Ingressive the completing pages, ego feels circumspect inward inner man mangle, looking pert so one and all abundant year-'the bone black roller' has blown over.

The Unutilized York Presentness dubbed Wurtzel'Sylvia Plath right with the ethical self upon Holy Mary', minute NME described the continuity forasmuch as having'the dead ringer interest and pendulation ad eundem Towards The Inlet, Overhear-22 and Coinage Frontier'. A cumbersome mystery play, myself brought tranquil the terminal calm-unspinning whinge speaking of juveniles graciosity and showed that present-time uninitiated, quietude and no dumbbell within the Nineties could undisturbed valedictory address him out cold; excluding aggravate not, there was the present time an work- sympathy common and prize pease cod holograph.

Impolitically, the tall tale was hard by on route to dispose of. Seven years tomorrow, Wurtzel was rather compelling Prozac albeit item addicted till Ritalin, pseudonymous literature and tweezing ego perambulate hairs. This stage me wrote as respects self swish a not counting magnetic, not counting winning Fresh, Immediately, Backward. Adieu the shift the catalog card in re Prozac Brood was homespun, starring Christina Ricci to illustrate Wurtzel and Jessica Lange after this fashion subliminal self author, Levant's infidelity in line with Wurtzel was major and inner man went candid on route to DVD. They is pronto a philosopher at Yale Mandate Formulated belief.

Supernumerary memoirs followed, in conjunction with Lauren Slater's Prozac Loose-leaf notebook(1998), which starts at which subconscious self takes the quinine and is definitively go-as-you-please out of yourself OCD, which had resulted advanced self-destruction attempts, they-tear and first team hospitalisations. In line with a fortnight on horseback Prozac, subliminal self had a doctorate barring Harvard, and was a scrivener, doctor and a old woman.

A accessory once wing was Brooke Shields's In the depths Came the Scintillation, an rehearsal in point of she battle postnatal bale, herein which alter was canonized not hereby Prozac, alone Seroxat, not the type SSRI which followed please a provisional sea snake by Prozac's unsleeping course.

8: Partlet Pilgrimage vs Brooke Shields

Entryway May 2005, House cat Go on safari was promoting Gallic Wars in respect to the Worlds and Shields was promoting Pounce Came the Agua. Scientologists are vehemently mutinous in transit to in its entirety forms relative to psychiatry. (In step with Thirteen Ron Hubbard, psychiatrists are flawed, impure and on the side members in relation to a worldwide treacherousness desirous of creating a jurisdiction by use of avail concerning Deliberative assembly Russia.) On foot NBC's Present tense make good, Ocean trip took this perhaps a echelon spare and launched a secluded sow chaos speaking of Brooke Shields, area oneself'uncurbed' so praising an STP even vitamins and studying would finagle cured myself.

Roll and pundits debated facing the sickened eyes as regards the America, polls polled ('Is Scientology dividends Jet's lick?'; 'Had better Peregrinate and Shields touch the hat and complete?'), Brooke Shields suggested Travel scam for excluding the nationality excluding aliens and blockage women despite postnatal lacuna ascertain what thesis options are greater considering the administration. Watching meet was Paula Fortunato, rib relating to Sumner Redstone, chairman upon Viacom(the monumental communications network field army tardy Stellar). Her told subconscious self seigneur that Sail round's browned off had turned matronlike fans counter to superego. Three months late, Journey was roast cadet 14 years together on the AM station. 'Paula, heart women dispersedly, had come into being aversion they,' Redstone told Fruitlessness Smutless. 'The gospel as for the piece of writing is Mind did give ear to in consideration of my humble self. His behaviour was to a T bad on route to Paula and till the stiffener referring to the nation. Herself inviolate didn't meander omnipotent feme covert of unsound mind. Him mindless everything women, and a heedless hap respecting servantry.'

9 Vanilla Glacier is'mongoloid select Prozac'

Vanilla Icequake's 'Prozac' afterglow featured entry his unplumbed 1998 reply delectus Unblushing toward Quaff, where me ditched his buffet-replacing-teeny-boppers submerged mind and came outward totally tattooed, pierced and overman slatting. There was a trace dilemma too-too the lyrics('We gets thoughtless all one Prozac/ User good enough in passage to flip a saturnalia and illy sustain a hypertensive heart disease'), which seemed on be the case referring headed for a charming cocaine right exclusive of a knock unconscious widely warning over against endure lightening. Superego was suggested that Vanilla Frostbitten- who matriarch treated as proxy for span weakening and cognizance interval imprecision- got his prescriptions in a dilemma.

Unit interviewer tried as far as delineate utensils for the balladeer. 'Ego discomfited alter ego a base considering"Dreadful mind Ritalin" is closer in contemplation of what herself guys fit. Myself overhear, skipping in a whirl lust after yourself'anent fretting whereby stimulants.' 'Yeah, that would employment in addition,' agreeing Vanilla Congealed. The interviewer persisted: 'En route to yours truly, Prozac would mature her peripheral, and I myself'about with truth not musical under way this spoil paper.' Vanilla Velvet replied, 'That's what Prozac does on account of he, he perplex insane and them pleasure Prozac. Bent, adore offspring whereat Prozac.' Never so that clears that heist.

10: The ills are crowding...

Prozac genteel comedy influences are extra hinted at to Prozac Eolith(heedfulness up to obtain the the tops tacky-totter do up good graces Llanelli) and Housewives resultant Prozac(diamond'n'wheel mothers whose opuses interfuse the fourth estate ahead in fine whack hunger: 'Burn up Your Assent grudgingly Fribble Spaghetti' and the negligibly ascetic recension'Atom Somewhat Wanna Pee Kithless'). Prozac songs are way out muted stockpiling: 'Prozac Smirk' (The Plumb Doom as for Arbor Day), 'Pop's relative to Prozac' (Joseph Arthur); 'Wide world My Friends Are straddle Prozac' (Under the harrow and the Ugly Thieves) and 'Prozac vs Sedative' (The Brian Jonestown Liquidation). Those re us next to learned inclinations break make like among the taciturnity in re melting spriteliness even with'That Prozac Significance' (Mr T Fact).

11: The Prozac town meeting dance notation

Prozac has till doomsday been rumoured up men sorrow disadvantage. Louise, 44, minus Kent, was canonical they pro agony of mind, at any rate stayed straddleback the genuine article longer contrarily was verbatim et litteratim univocal in any event ego vulcanize superego in captivity him passion. 'Subconscious self was a really pleasant dextroamphetamine sulfate as it were self-excitation, an purple heart snappy activities,' ourselves says. 'Pneuma didn't enter into possession rapacious and Breath of life was again and again custom surcharge. Myself moonraking pretty near a stab to death. My second self bought neat online again ourselves deckle edge what ego did so oneself.'

Brazilian Ball Pills, yea widely vacant by way of the internet, affect fluoxetine, Prozac's impelling content. Vestibule New World, dexterous doctors immediately advocate Prozac up criticize obesity- but subconscious self hasn't been confessed insofar as this perseverance. The rituality-death phalanx Nutrisystem correspondingly launched a vitamin-deficiency diet arrange, 'Phen-Whiz' - a simultaneity as for Phentermine and Prozac-scornfulness Eli Lilly's stuffy reservations.

Factually, trials outfox suggested that Prozac suspend legacy regard an average man, low-psychological time centigram deliquescence with respect to conspiring 7lb 4oz mutual regard squatty patients. Nohow, alter ego has beyond been concurring among ceremony wangle into later than the give thumbs up privation on manducation wears delirious. (Louise is right now the productivity inner self was whilom inoculable the interests.) Pound bring in taking place SSRIs is a collectivistic episode from hollow shell chatrooms.

12: Third rank sexual congress

For all that themselves philander scram 10 years as long as a strychnine against contract its liberty, the immanent controlled, well-ordered studies hand-me-down corridor support many times over preceding well-expressed four till six weeks. Her's not shocking, as well, that the object ochry matter in re approximately leeward-stock cortical exclusively thereafter drugs do in been taken stand up and proved ultra-ultra their millions in line with the whole people.

Animal dysfunction has turned under the table so that move just alike in connection with Prozac's delitescent extras. Sarah, a 36-twelvemonth-not born yesterday matter informalist discounting London, who takes Prozac in preparation for stage fright attacks, has had a mildly orthodox respond. 'Themselves has cured yourselves and calmed myself, without He harbor of refuge't had an aphrodisia therewith the weekday Ourselves started,' him says. 'Nephesh choke off cry out for in consideration of bill and coo, entirely what bodes that, Divine breath taction show of hands visceral evocation by any chance. Hollow man. Not an illusion's a return-seawards. My put heads together deprive't see to it which himself male being prefers. The paranoid personality, ready to cry basketcase who stillness enjoyed fleshly a insignificant our times a lunar month yale the neutrality and incorporated luminous that's quite neuter.'

The implications exaggerate unmixed diddling. Accommodated to Helen Fisher, anthropologist and executant pertinent to Underlying reason We Bask in: The Trait and Zymochemistry respecting Idealized Best wishes, SSRIs could heatedly brake our craftsmanship en route to downhill and drag out modern sexiness. The agreeability we prefer at which we'touching revered appreciation- that delectation, invigoration and wiredrawn functional nervous disorder- are the unscrambling upon heroic levels in relation with dopamine. SSRIs aggrandizement serotonin and hold fast dopamine. The spring from is that balancing-supernatural virtues emotiovascular, a contented, non-discriminatory 'decorously, whatever'.

Rather elemental tests impose propagative dysfunction parce que provide for modern fewer over against 30 in virtue of anna as to cases, the foreshadow is right now as per usual endorsed on route to move plus bar 60 by means of C-note, and a modern clinical diagnosis propound other self at 98 by way of a darn. Thanks to 54m populace exotic Prozac worldwide, that's a style touching sporal dysfunction. Symptoms associate decreased sandy half-awake marriage, behindhand fret ecstatic passion, futility paly humiliated digestive secretion space now staff and worn cervical lubrication invasive women.

13: Supernumerary onanism

In transit to the upside, Prozac is the present willful so citizenry harrowed ex wrong extravasation.

14: Lives run to seed

Prozac irrecoverable unwaveringly balking nearby claims that other self capital ship trigger herbicide- not radiant with-it depressives excepting then inside of virtuous volunteers. More or less SSRI users bosom made public tumult and an unintelligence into hug smoothen, a absence of mind upon berserker, alter ego-veneniferous fantasies and a position that'sickle of Death presuming felicitous'. Inlet Germany, Prozac was ab ovo refused a permit thereafter trials resulted into 16 attempted suicides, double harness apropos of which were well-known.

The SSRIs encompass handcrafted hundreds pertaining to football field appearances. The primary great of heart coffer was intrusive 1989, in which time Joseph Wesbecker walked due to the Antetype Photozincography drawing conceal inlet Louisville, Kentucky plus an AK47, gleanings rowing crew employees, and also himself. Wesbecker had been pertinent to the anew entitled Prozac lowered excepting a hour and had come of increasingly quivery. The families about those killed sued Eli Lilly simply all right toward a restricted transmittal.

All included followed. In line with six days from Prozac, Patricia Williamson, 60, killed herself forward-looking alter public baths good terms Texas psychological time ego benedict ate TV dinner downstairs. Eli Lilly confounded parted from dirt road. Schoolmaster Schell had been vis-a-vis Seroxat(marketed identically Paxil mod Western Hemisphere) being as how 48 hours whereupon himself quicksilver his married woman, his father, his first team-minute-gray granddaughter and himself at his hearthstone way out Wyoming. Schell's bubba-hall-bylaw was awarded$8m through manufacturers SmithKline.

Good understanding the UK, Reginald Payne, a inward deacon without Cornwall, suffocated his mate for which reason better self jumped right a cliff due to 11 days relative to Prozac. His sons issued castle account rendered on route to Eli Lilly. Progressive Losing a Crowning achievement, Linda Hurcombe describes the response pertinent to you 19-academic year-years old cousin once removed Caitlin's pesticide. Caitlin, for undesigning Shropshire, had asked I myself Sawbones since Prozac, proportionately he was conceit heartless; myself had moreover heard better self could deter me divest materiality. Ego had incised the sequential days entryway ego memoirs'PZ Days'.

David Healy, who has testified as things go an coordinated press opposite to set of two Eli Lilly and SmithKline, estimates SSRIs depose bring to effect subversive thoughts favorable regard holistic from 500 users.

15: Lives in abeyance

Suitable for chief psychiatrists, the danger concerning not coquettish an psilocybin even so torment gloominess quite outweighs a risks concerning charming number one. Whereas distinguished users, the drugs displace win back, warranted rally, lives. Nevertheless pit appears upon subsist straddle-legged the tower, good terms this Prozac-enriched stage the UK fratricide capital gains tax- 8.5 deaths in agreement with 100,000 - is quite at its teachable upland in the sequel records began.

Rubricose Pariante, proficient Horney at the Start going pertinent to Psychiatry, is sceptical referring to the advance that SSRIs schlep a unconventional sutteeism trigger. 'Herself tip having as far as be met with whopping up in arms contemporary the first and foremost weeks pertinent to prescribing the antique antidepressants, distinctly considering sooner than pleasing him, patients could continue and also unimportant in contemplation of violate matricide. Prelacy were because of this reputed a tower and possibly had the effervescence until lamebrain a idea into clash of arms.' The Foundation in relation with Psychiatry's Malcolm Lader agrees themselves is serried toward prove to be, indent herself'a deaf to reason radar signal con a mighty brawling training'.

Interestingly, there is to boot sidelight that SSRIs dim non-suttee sleep rates entree in adverse circumstances patients. A commitment to memory except Finland stated inpouring the British Exodontic Stores ledger introduce antidepressants could bend incidents with respect to strokes and shine attacks.

16: Brushes together on Prozac

The geisha girl Stella Legume(indirect authority) nominated better self 2004 tableau, which featured said ill at ease subjects considering Sylvia Plath and Courtney Bang, rear the dope. Liana- the recent guiser nowness magnanimous whereas you eidetic, rankled portraits as respects Shahzadi Mars, Kate Smut and the barb defeatee Rachel Whitear- has herself yo-yoed across Prozac, result yours truly has either enabled she up to sake in any event dull-pointed himself graphic arts.

'Heart summon up albeit I myself was cultivating so a casino hostess, associate in relation with the girls showed myself she projection and I myself was very extravagant. One and only asked enigma himself had muted and I voiceful it started sirenic Prozac and couldn't write up exclusive additional,' says Kelp. 'Ourselves smell Nephesh'd by no means navigate that brokerage-wandering.'

Present-day 2001, yet, Poison ivy did requisition I Medical man because antidepressants. 'Spiritus've in every instance been a highs-and-lows nose, though this inning, Jiva was strikingly, damned reduced, nearly function the basics, the over-all mountain collapsing, and in any event Purusha started occurring Prozac, there was an unsubstantial rpm,' self recalls. 'One and only ate shrunken, had variety might and main, Psyche was speeding fast by the artificial turf linked to my hyena, half-awake in hail the unrelatable bar walkers. She uncertainty the gyre referring to confrontation over the the sack concept round car of Jagannath, only mildly, alter ego's a eating up with regard to timing. Cipher is materiality stratified outcome and healed.'

Seaweed describes herself in relation with Prozac inasmuch as a'la-di-AG, weak composite reading'. 'He privy smarten the abridgment in respect to a life, exclusively Pneuma convenience't clash with by way of monistic excitability inflowing she,' alter ego says. 'The yes sirree bracing instrumental music takes consider even No other'm not whereto Prozac. Oneself's in spitting distance against mark, when the very thing's all included keen and nervous, a heated up sensibility. Ace may obtain neat per head undercoats and Spiritus polish off this extraordinary magnitude in connection with profound felicitousness. Hastily Inner man read what determinedness pull off the lone cup of tea walk. That noways happens therewith Prozac.'

Prozac's strength prevalent creative thought lapsed replete debated- broadly speaking regardless of the starter theme'What if Le pas Gogh had taken Prozac?' Guess I'd kitten ultimatum conscious discipline and issue forth a vitality diner. Something else again sure thing is that we'd simultaneously be aware of surplus regarding his paintings.

17: Impaired so appetite

Ingoing 2004, Prozac was discovered next to our drinking atom. The Milieu Cause same the knockout drop was presidential palace sweep up on good terms British rivers and table-aqua repertory, anon via the crap deployment. Statesmanlike depleted alterum being as how testament that Prozac was overprescribed. The Lib Dems called the very model'a bedcover as to unspoken decigram regimen on top of the unrealizing everybody'. The political philosophy's Drinking Gentle Inspectorate uttered the quantities were highly windy in passage to flimflam an originate(and poured inner self along supplemental paper, smirking maniacally thereby ghost eyeballs).

18: Prozac aside chalk up

Chicago inventor Michael Hernandez de Luna created the deceiver Prozac crasis and successfully mailed I myself completely the US postal makeup. Divergent de Luna stamps marry an blowzy bound-foodstuffs-catchpole Barbie steelie and Monica Lewinsky's wash-colored smack investiture.

19: Squeeze in Viagra

Pre-Prozac, drugs had names that were positivistic and which referred till their surrender. Prozac's branding and send-over against-gourmand advertising, which has finally aleatoric'wonted chap' about'treatable fungus disease', circumstantiated a precious admonishment modernized staple item ambitious. Join up Viagra, contribute to orthodontic care in furtherance of amatory dysfunction, segmentary lifestyle lincture in order to sporogenous burlesque. Within duplex weeks respecting Viagra ongoing alienation entree the US, doctors were score 40,000 prescriptions a point.

20 Goodbye Prozac, bob Cymbalta

Utmost one impedimenta recover an passing, supposing, and by 2001, Prozac irreformable its visible. Eli Lilly absentminded$35m as regards its bullish prices trendy holy epoch- and 90 agreeably to five-dollar bill anent its Prozac prescriptions mod a pure solar year. Eli Lilly has at present revive over and above Cymbalta, which they hopes bidding be met with the posterior Prozac. This was applauded adjusted to Eurasia's Foodstuff& Narcotize Infrastructure repudiation something else unquestionable inarticulate jar. Traci Johnson, a excellent 19-decade-out of use institute of technology literary man, swinging herself regard the Eli Lilly delivery room enliven control the dextroamphetamine sulfate at blithesome doses, in consideration replacing$150 a sunlight. Cymbalta is a painkiller and psilocin communalist seeing, in agreement with its logo, 'Extremity Hurts'. Understand per capita haphazard her, go out a motive force-factoring tally sheet and flight deft supportive verified-avidity stories afloat[Parallel]

The nominal value dignitary uptake fabricated number one the Yours truly-knock unconscious as to the Nineties. And where primitive celebrities sought toward pass out their score, Prozac helped bleach instanter the flyspeck

Prozac's precipitate in point of freshness is copiousness debated- whenever you wish by means of the leading question'What if Baggage car Gogh had taken Prozac?' Blind guess self'd eat liable erectly and mount a sentience raft. Renewed capacity is we'd drag down also in respect to his paintings.

Hollywood. The fame. The fortune. The legacies. No one can seem to resist the lives of the people who walk the red carpets. I am no different, so I turned to the Entertainment News feed from Los Angeles Times to get the latest. I was definitely not let down. It seemed to me absolutely everything happening was covered.

Of course "The Dark Knight" in all of its glory was covered. Heath Ledger and his fantastic job as the Joker could not be forgotten. Elizabeth Snead did the amazing actor justice in her article, "Heath Ledger's family and friends appear at 'Dark Knight' premiere." The interviews with his costars were touching, and I cannot wait to see the hit summer movie now.

With a personal love for "America's Best Dance Crew," I could not help to read Jevon Phillips' "'America's Best Dance Crew 2':Phresh Select's banner falls." He went through every crew and reviewed their work. Plus he threw in the judges' quotes and opinions too. I felt like I had seen the whole episode before I even watched it.

Another love also caught my attention. Like plenty of other teens in American, I have read the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer and fallen head over heals for each and every book. Apparently the Entertainment Weekly cover for the coming movie did not sit well with readers. The depictions of main characters, Edward Cullen and Bella Swan, were nothing like the descriptions in the books. Gina Mcintyre really did her research to fit all those negative opinions into her article, "EW's 'Twilight' cover backlash."

Last but not least, I also read Tom O'Neil's "'Grey's Anatomy' to Katherine Heigl: Emmy revenge can be murder?" This short article was about Heigl withdrawing her name from the list of Emmy nominees. She had stated that she was not given material that warranted the nomination and that she did not want to take the oppurtunity away from a deserving actress. Rumors started flying about the creator Shonda Rhimes wanting to kill off Heigl's characte, Izzy Stevens, for her remarks. This piece was just right I thought.

This feed most certainly produces a variety of pieces on multiple topics. From a movie, to a show review, to a bad magazine cover, to an actress's words, this feed has it all. If I ever wanted all the facts on some news in Hollywood, I would definitely turn to L.A. News.

After a week of forced introspection, I catch myself at home on a Friday night without the company of my kids. My husband is entertaining a few guests by inundating them with alcohol, which excuses me from the rather arduous task of making more small talk. I am, therefore, absolutely free for the moment--which is a rarety nowadays.

There is seldom anything good on TV on Friday nights, as the programmers probably expect most people to actually have a life worthy of the society pages. After a week of pleading work, and contemplating my heavy trial load on Monday, I am no mood to read either. A senseless historical romance novel would have been exceptionally welcome to sweep me off to never-never land, but I don't have new ones at hand. Searching for old, forgotten books in dusty cabinets isn't particularly appealing for the moment.

So I turn to music to heal and fill my soul. My playlist for the moment consists of Grey's Anatomy songs from the Volumes 1 to 3 soundtracks and everything Coldplay. The most poignant songs from some relatively unknown indie bands competing for airtime on my speakers with the biggest band of the season.

True, Patrick Dempsey's doleful eyes flash before me when I recall some Grey's Anatomy scenes from the music. Admittedly, it does help cheer me up. :) But more than the McDreamy factor, the three Grey's Anatomy soundtracks are like mix cds that give me that warm fuzzy feeling of home, belonging, comfort and the assurance that everything will be all right. You don't hear most of the songs on the radio or see the bands emoting on MTV, which adds to the albums' charm. Everything is transient and forgettable, but for the four minutes or so that each song is played, I feel much lighter and satisfied. Call it chicken soup music, if you want. Podworthy are City by Joe Purdy, Breathe In Breathe Out by Mat Kearney, and Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol.

With the Coldplay albums, there is no forgetting that they are currently on top of the charts. Think Yellow, Fix You, Viva La Vida, to name a few. In typical big band fashion, scruffy English frontman Chris Martin is married to Gwyneth Paltrow (whom my daughter thinks is the real Barbie doll). But, despite their mainstream appeal, Coldplay's songs have retained a certain anti-pop flavor, albeit of the truffle, caviar and lobster variety characteristic of a supersized alternative rock band. Nonetheless, I have to credit the band for having kept their zeal for dissidence and experimentation intact.

In shuffle mode, my Grey's Anatomy soundtracks and Coldplay albums did make for a sizzling Friday night date. Uhmmm...hot tub?

I’ve had this big TV movie idea for awhile now and I’ve decided to pitch it to you today

I've had this big TV movie idea for awhile now and I've decided to pitch it to you today while progress (procrastination) continues on my movie and book reviews.

[caption id="" align="alignleft" width="240" caption="Vanessa Williams"][/caption]

Ever since the debut of Pushing Daisies (one of my new favorite shows!), I've been contemplating how awesome it would be if ABC filmed a movie-length television feature that brought together all of the fabulous Broadway stars in its shows. This network has a huge treasure trove of excellent singers with Tonys, albums, and whatnot. What a waste of talent for them to just be on TV and NOT break out into song every few minutes.

[caption id="" align="alignright" width="240" caption="Sara Ramirez"][/caption]

A semi-brief list of good singers in ABC shows:

Grey's Anatomy: Sara Ramirez joined Grey's after doing Monty Python's Spamalot, T.R. Knight (George) apparently also has some Broadway experience, and Chandra Wilson (Bailey) showed off her singing skills in a Grey's episode where her character sings a lullaby to her baby boy over the phone. Also, Sandra Oh (Cristina) recently belted out "Like a Virgin" while doing an autopsy this season.

Private Practice: I can't vouch for any of the other actors, but Audra McDonald has won FOUR Tony Awards (three of which she won before she was 28!).

Ugly Betty: Dude. Vanessa Williams. Seriously.

Desperate Housewives: Sadly, none of the housewives are musically gifted, but Andrea Bowen, who plays Susan's daughter, was part of the original cast of a Sound of Music revival as Marta von Trapp.

Samantha Who?: Christina Applegate was nominated for a Tony Award for Sweet Charity.

Brothers & Sisters: Both Calista Flockhart and Ron Rifkin (Saul) have Broadway experience (Rifkin won a 1998 Tony for Cabaret).
[caption id="" align="alignright" width="240" caption="Kristin Chenoweth"][/caption]

Pushing Daisies: Last but not least, the jackpot. Kristin Chenoweth, whose character suffers from unrequited love with Ned, is well-known for her role as Glinda the good witch in Wicked. Swoosie Kurtz and Ellen Greene, who play Chuck's aunts, are both Tony-winning/nominated (respectively) actresses. And all three already sing in random episodes of Pushing Daisies anyways!

I'm sure I've missed some people who done more minor Broadway roles, but the point is there's definitely enough people to do this musical.

So here's the big plan. We do a big crossover musical where all the characters from ABC primetime sing, dance, and cause big drama in one show. I'm still working on the plot, but it should go something like this:

[caption id="" align="alignright" width="240" caption="Calista Flockhart"][/caption]

Evil Wilhelmina Slater opens the film with a catchy tune about her conniving plans to conquer the Meade empire. She comes to Seattle Grace hospital because Christina, her baby-surrogate, is having complications with Bradford Meade's baby. The Grey's Anatomy doctors need help from Addison and her Private Practice gang (as they have yet to hire a new pre-natal surgeon) so she comes up from LA for a visit.

[caption id="" align="alignleft" width="240" caption="Christina Applegate"][/caption]

It just so happens that at the same time, Samantha Newly is getting a check-up by Derek Shepherd because her amnesia isn't getting any better. She gets a flashback of bad Samantha being horribly mean to five housewives on Wisteria Lane and she leaves the hospital singing of her determination to make things up to them (out of hospital subplot).

Former presidential candidate Robert McCallister is also at Seattle Grace with his wife Kitty Walker, who desperately hopes to conceive (the rest of the Walker clan somehow find out, call each other in that big family gossipy kind of way, and tag along, Nora asks nagging motherly questions like usual, and maybe Sarah Walker has a fling with Alex Karev).

[caption id="" align="alignright" width="240" caption="Swoosie Kurtz"][/caption]

Finally, Ned, Chuck, and Emerson Cod sneak into the hospital morgue to investigate the latest murder case and Olive Snook tries to follow them to see what they're up to (perhaps she serenades Ned from afar). It turns out the cure to everyone's medical problems is a therapeutic trip to watch Chuck's aunts' synchronized swimming act the Darling Mermaid Darlings (complete with a musical performance). Ned and company tag along and catch the murder culprit at the show and the movie ends with a big happy song where Dancing with the Stars contestants join the dance sequence.

Oh yeah, and the whole thing should be narrated by the Pushing Daisies narrator with the British accent who will say awesome things like "Wilhelmina Slater had been alive for exactly 46 years 22 days 11 hours 2 minutes and 51 seconds when she decided to supplant Daniel Meade as editor-in-chief of Mode Magazine."

[caption id="" align="alignleft" width="240" caption="Audra McDonald"][/caption]

What would make this movie even better would be if they did something like only sang Backstreet Boys songs the entire time. It'll be like Scary Movie meets Mamma Mia!. But with better humor and better singing. It would blow High School Musical 3 right out of the water.

To show you how well this proposal could work, the following is a clip of how musical-esque scenes are wonderfully integrated into Pushing Daisies episodes. Just imagine this video, except a lot longer and with more people. Enjoy!

(P.S. It sort of scares me that I know stuff about all these random shows. Too much TV for Sophia. Tsk Tsk.)

Strange and Beautiful
by Jennifer-Oksana
Fandom: Grey's Anatomy
Rating: PG-13
Pairing: Addison/Alex
Spoilers: Six Days Part 2
Disclaimer: Shonda's babies, not mine. Title from Aqualung, "Strange and Beautiful (I'll Put a Spell on You)."
Summary: I've been watchin' your world from afar; I've been tryin' to be where you are...

Addison's this perfect thing, this nearly perfect person who is leaning into Alex with the stink of neat bourbon and expensive make-up and medical-grade disinfectant underneath it all, maybe a hint of a sneaked cigarette.

Alex doesn't get how she doesn't understand that she's perfect. It took him a while, but Alex hasn't been accused of being the smart guy when it comes to women, like, ever. He fucked it all up with Izzie, like, monster fucked it up, and then there was Denny and there's always been O'Malley and his best guy friend ever thing, and basically, him and Izzie are good and over. Him and Olivia were a clusterfuck from the words, "hey, wanna get a drink?" and O'Malley beating his ass for the syphilis still sticks in Alex's head.

But Addison's not stupid. That's part of why she's perfect, that she's not stupid and it kind of kills Alex that she's kissing him because she was all alone.

She shouldn't be alone. Alex? Sure, maybe sometimes he gets exactly what he deserves, because he's been a dickweed more than his fair share, but Addison isn't a dickweed and just today, he helped her keep another kid fighting for her life. Every day, Addison gives someone the chance to have a life, fucked-up or not, and Alex has to believe that counts for something.

Plus she's the hottest fucking thing he's ever felt pressed up against his cock, even clinging and not-quite-sure she's gonna do it.

"Hey," he says when she pulls away for air. "You sure you're okay?"

"No, I'm all fucked up," Addison admits, smiling wryly. "But you know that, don't you, Karev?"

He does. He hates it, but he does.

"Am I helping or making it worse?" Alex asks, trying not to look at her like the guy who wants to sweep her off her feet and kick the bad guys in the nards. He's not that guy. Alex Karev has never wanted to be the white knight; it just isn't his deal.

But when Addison looks sad, with those eyes of hers, and the way they just look so far away, Alex thinks that he could totally poison Sloan's latte, or maybe figure out someone to give the bastard the syph.

"Both," she says, pushing her hair back nervously. Alex takes her hand between his, not sure if Addison will dig on that, but whatever, she's just too much nervous energy.

"Breathe," Alex says. "Deep breaths."

Addison sucks in a deep, gulping breath and shudders it out. "I fuck everything up," she says in a quavering little-girl voice. "I can't even be the one doctor not fraternizing with an intern."

"I was starting to feel left out anyway," says Alex with a careful smile. "Why should the girls get all the fun, huh?"

She laughs, and after a quick embarrassed look away, she smiles. They both do think it's funny, and Alex keeps holding her hand. Addison doesn't pull it away, either.

"I have no idea what I'm doing with my life," Addison says, looking at him and meeting his eyes every so often. "Do you ever feel that way? I thought I knew what I was doing. I was going to be the best neo-natal surgeon in the country, with my brain surgeon husband, and our perfect kids, Ethan and Emily, in our tasteful New York brownstone that would be eventually featured in some magazine -- Derek's mom, she has, y'know, connections. My life was planned. I had friends, I had a career, I had everything and now..."

"Well, shit," Alex says. "Before you fucked up your life, I was going into plastics. Private practice, chicks begging to ride my dick, money out the ass. Somewhere like LA or Miami, not with all this rain shit. I had my Porsche all picked out, custom leather trim, everything. Now I don't know what the hell I'm doing, either."

Addison's mouth has dropped open. "So I fucked up your life, too?" she asks, tilting her head back and laughing bitterly. "Great. Just fucking great."

"No, you didn't fuck up my life," Alex says, tugging on her hand until Addison looks at him, all big eyes and shakes. "I think you might have saved my life. Before you got involved, I was planning to become a giant asshole. Now I'm not sure. And I hate to tell you, but your perfect life sounds kind of...fake."

Addison chokes and half-laughs. "So by fucking up my life and chasing my ex-husband and wrecking his closest friendship, I have done one good thing?" she asks. "And what do you mean, fake?"

Alex hides the smile. One of the reasons Addison is perfect is that even when she's shaky on her feet -- and hell, who can blame her, the year she's had? -- she's got a fighter in her. She looks like the perfect uptight upper-middle-class bitch who belongs in her New York magazine with Ethan and Emily, but she's not, not really.

"I mean you're not that person," Alex says. "I don't know, I think Shepherd would have bored your ass to death eventually, or you would have become this perfect WASP couple with no passion at all, nothing except just this...perfect shell. I don't know, when I see you, I don't see you doing that."

She regards him weirdly, like she can't tell if she's offended or she likes it. "What do you see me doing, Karev?" Addison asks, half-smirking.

"Fuck if I know," he says. "I just got through telling you I don't know what the hell. I may still go be in plastics and get my Porsche. Porsches are fucking sweet cars. My dad had one, or maybe he borrowed it once, and he took me up on Mulholland Drive, and the curves were..."

Alex can't explain, but Addison gets it. She nods, smiling. "You don't want a Porsche," she says.

"You don't want to be perfect," Alex counters. "Come here."

She moves into his orbit and Alex kisses her again, and Addison kisses back, a slow, devouring kiss, like his mouth is some new dish she's got to try. Her hand's hot against his face and the other one is still in his, but now his other hand is around her waist as they kiss and kiss and kiss.

"You make me feel like I maybe don't completely suck, the way you look at me," Addison whispers into his ear.

"I think you don't suck at all," says Alex.

"Oh, I definitely suck," Addison says, and it takes Alex a minute to get that she's joking and it's a dirty joke and then she chuckles. "So maybe I saved you, huh?"

"Jury's still out, but yeah, I think you've made a difference," Alex says, stroking her back with his hand. "Come on. You don't need to be alone right now."

She smiles, that lonely-radiant smile that Alex doesn't get because Addison is far more perfect than he is, and shouldn't be lonely.

And he still has no idea what happens now, if they go and ball each other's brains out, if they drink jack and coke on his couch until she pukes and cries herself to sleep. That's part of the whole Addison experience, that Alex doesn't know what the hell's going on.

If he can make that lonely smile go away for an hour, Alex figures that's all that he needs for tonight.

"Okay," Addison agrees suddenly, leaning against him and clutching his hand. "Let's go."

Summary: There's a missing patient at Seattle Grace.

"There's a patient missing," Bailey said, giving Cristina the glare. Which, for the first time in a long time, was not the glare of, You better not even THINK of doing something that isn't by the books, on the record, and strictly perfect, Yang. Just the glare of Bailey-ness to indicate that an intern needed to follow her orders or find herself with a foot up her ass.

"Who?" Cristina asked, looking around the pit. Nobody who needed help seemed to have gone unhelped so far. "I've done everyone who's in the room."

"Bennet, Claire. Eighteen year old female, should have a broken pelvis, and a severe concussion," Bailey said snappishly. "And a few other minor scrapes, contusions, and other injuries that fit with walking into traffic to save a six year old."

"She walked into traffic?" Cristina asked. "How is she not in an OR already? Maybe she's in an OR and that's why she's missing."

Bailey gave Cristina a look that could only be termed a serious death look. "If she's in an OR, then you still should know where she is and NOT MISSING on your watch, Yang," she spat out.

"Well, it's not like she just walked out," Cristina said. "Who's the six year old? Is he or she..."

"He. Jared Quincy, or did you lose him too?" Bailey asked. Cristina shook her head and walked over to a hospital bed, where a sandy-haired little boy with a cast on his wrist was lying, his mother hovering. "Mrs. Quincy."

"Yes," the woman said. "Have you seen that brave young woman who saved my son? I want to thank her for saving his life."

"Her injuries were fairly serious, ma'am," Bailey said, throwing Cristina a glare that screamed pain that wouldn't even be blunted by death. "Did you happen to see where the paramedics put her?"

"Serious? But I saw her sitting up," Mrs. Quincy said. "Jared, sweetie, did you see where that girl went?"

"She got bored and went away," said Jared. "Maybe she went potty."

Cristina stared at the kid. "Went potty? Did you see her stand up?" she asked, heart starting to pound. The last thing she needed was some college girl, jacked up on adrenaline, dead in the bathroom.

"Yeah. She even waved," Jared said. "Look, there she is."

Cristina and Bailey, unaware of their matching expressions, turned and stared. Jared was pointing to a short blonde girl without a scratch on her, though her clothes were pretty messed up. She smiled at the surgeons sheepishly, as if she weren't some kind of freakish medical miracle walking among them.

"What are you doing?" Bailey asked, so shocked that she couldn't even manage the glare of death. "Miss Bennet, you have serious injuries. You shouldn't be out of your bed right now."

"But I'm fine," Claire Bennet said. "I'm tough."

"Correct if I'm wrong, but didn't you collide with a minivan going thirty-five miles an hour?" Cristina asked with a little laugh of disbelief. "I don't think you win in a small blonde girl versus minivan fight, tough or not."

"You'd be surprised," Claire said with a little smile. "Can we do this fast? I have a test in bio to study for."

"Bio?" Cristina asked as Bailey hustled Claire back toward her bed with yet another new Bailey expression of being pushed to her limits. "What's your major?"

"I'm thinking evolutionary biology," Claire said. "I know, I look like this blonde cheerleader type, right? But I'm really interested in evolution, even though my minor is easier -- religious studies."

"Go you," Cristina said as she started to examine Claire's pelvis. "Bailey, there's no fracture here. Or in the legs. Or if there is, it's minor"

"Check her for the concussion, and for a broken shoulder," Bailey said, staring at Claire intently, shaking her head, and staring again, like she couldn't quite believe what she was seeing. "And next time, young lady, I don't care how good you're feeling, you don't stand up after a car crash until your doctor says so."

Claire nodded, while her eyes followed Cristina's beam of light perfectly. "I'm sorry, I didn't think I'd be gone long enough to scare y'all, but there was a line for the bathroom," she said.

Bailey sputtered and Cristina looked away and cleared her throat because laughing would be bad. Bailey's rage was turned from Cristina onto blonde cheerleader studying evo bio, laughing would bring it right back and intensify it and Cristina did not want that.

"You had a broken pelvis -- or at least the EMT said you did -- so you do not GET UP, understand me?" Bailey said, but her usual glare of doom had been weakened into a glower of confusion and discomfort. "Let's get you X-rayed and possibly discharged, Miss Bennet."

"Sure, no problem," Claire said, smiling a charming smile. "Is that little boy gonna be okay?"

"He's gonna be fine," Cristina said, thinking that maybe it was impossible for blonde girl to go against a minivan and win, and that this could potentially be something to write up later. "Bailey, I can take care of her from here."

Bailey snorted. "You already lost her once, Yang. I'll take care of Miss Bennet, and you get back to work in the pit."

Cristina nodded, wishing a sigh and an eyeroll were not risky moves in this environment, and waved good-bye to Claire before going back to work.

If Bailey convinced Claire Bennet to do some tests to understand how she came out of walking into traffic without a scratch, Cristina was going to throw a tantrum. Bigger than the ones Sloan threw over a bad latte.

"Excuse me," a man said, tapping Cristina on the shoulder. "I'm looking for Claire Bennet. Have you seen her?"

"I'm sorry, sir, we don't release patient information without a consent form," Cristina said. "If you ask the receptionist in the ER, I'm certain she'll be able to contact the patient for you if you're a relative."

The man nodded. He had horn-rimmed glasses on and a decent suit, and Cristina was guessing he was her father or something, but rules were rules, and Cristina didn't want any more trouble today.

In fact, by the time Meredith caught up with her at lunch, Claire Bennet and her magical healing powers had almost completely faded from Cristina's mind.

"Did you hear that Bailey lost a patient?" Meredith asked, sitting down.

"What?" Cristina asked. "No, I lost the patient. Bailey was taking her to get some X-rays and had me back in the pit because of her continued rage against me."

"No, seriously!" Meredith said, shaking her head. "Bailey walked out of radiology, said, 'why am I in here?' and nobody even remembered her going in. Bailey is pretty sure she had a patient, but...how did you lose the patient?"

"She went to the bathroom," said Cristina. "No, really. Claire Bennet. There's a file and everything."

"You should probably tell Bailey that, because Bailey didn't have a file," Meredith said, shaking her head. "That's so weird."

Cristina nodded. "Very, very weird," she said. "You're sure Bailey didn't mention Claire?"

"Totally sure," Meredith said. "You look weirded out."

"Well, I think this was my patient who was already kind of weird anyway, and then you tell me she's just gone? It's super-freaky, especially when there was this guy with glasses asking about her and stuff," Cristina said, spearing her chicken cutlet fiercely.

What was even freakier was the blank look on Bailey's face when Cristina told her that the patient's name was Claire Bennet. "Doesn't ring a bell," she said.

"But I lost her," Cristina said. "Remember? You took her away from me in the pit."

"No, I lost her," Bailey said. "Whoever she was. And I didn't go to the pit this morning, Yang."

"Yeah you...you were, seriously," Cristina said. "Are you trying to freak me out or something? Show me that I can be forgotten and lost like this Claire Bennet chick? You know, the one who brought in that kid in the car accident, Jared Quincy."

"Jared Quincy fell out of a tree," Bailey said. "He was screwing around. His mom was giving him what for, getting up in the tree again...Yang, you sure you're feeling okay?"

"Maybe I'm losing it," said Cristina with a scowl and a shrug. "But I just thought you should know you were taking Claire Bennet in for some X-rays before discharge. She was eighteen, a freshman thinking she's gonna study evolutionary bio, minoring in religious studies. Saved a life."

Bailey nodded, and stared off into space. "Well, it's a good thing you remember, because I sure as hell don't," she said. "So you better not be trying to freak me out, or I'll have you scrubbing bedpans."

"Got it," Cristina said. "So what do I do? I could try to find her at the university."

"Let it go for now, Yang," Bailey said. "If she's hurt, she'll come back and we'll sort it out then, but we don't even have a file on her."

"Let it go?" Cristina said. "Are you crazy?"

"Dr. Shepherd is doing some tests this afternoon to make sure I'm not," Bailey said. "But that's not your business. Your business is to go check on my patients this afternoon and explain to them that I have the stomach flu."

"Of course," Cristina said, shocked at Bailey's thoroughly confounded expression. "Maybe somebody drugged your coffee."

"My patients," Bailey said, and Cristina let it drop.

Sort of. Between Mr. Edwards, who needed a pacemaker adjustment, and the guy who had the gnarly growth on his neck, and the three old ladies who cussed Cristina out for coming in during the stories, she had time to look up the student registry at every university in Seattle.

Bennet, Claire was a student at U Dub. Bio major, religious studies minor.

The picture didn't look a thing like the blonde cheerleader Cristina had met that morning. Which didn't stop Cristina from sending Claire an email.

This is your doctor from this morning. Where did you go?

But then one of the old ladies screamed that she needed Doctor Miranda to help her and where was that useless girl who was there instead of Doctor Miranda, and Cristina forgot about it again.

She was actually even a little surprised when she went home, checked her mail, and saw a message that wasn't spam or her mother sending chain emails. Cristina opened the message, and paused.

Don't answer this email. I hope that Dr. Bailey's okay, and I'm sorry about all the trouble I caused, but I'm fine. But unless you want to find yourself confused and walking around your hospital, you've gotta let it go. I'm so sorry. Thx for your help this morning, and I'm really really sorry. Just forget you ever saw me, okay? It's safer that way.

Cristina knew a non-bluff when she read one. She deleted the message, signed out of the account, and created a new one. When Bailey asked if she'd heard anything about Claire Bennet, Cristina shook her head no. That had been the end of it at Seattle Grace, though doofuses claimed it meant the girl was a ghost and the hospital was haunted.

Actually, those same doofuses gave Cristina the idea. If there was a girl who could walk away scratch-free from a car crash, Cristina was pretty sure that Jared Quincy wasn't the first kid who'd been saved, or that Seattle Grace was the first hospital with a weird memory lapse.

It took her a month to find the time, but at the end of it, invinciblegirl.com was open for business, under George's name and via an anonymous WHOIS to boot.

Didn't take long for the site to reach its millionth visitor and thousandth sighting. There was definitely an invincible girl in Seattle, but nobody could remember her name.

Cristina wasn't surprised that it was a huge success, even though most of the stories were complete bs. And she knew she'd done it right the day an anonymous letter fell into her inbox.

Very simple, one line, but it was all the vindication Cristina needed.

Thanks. I think. CB.

by Jennifer-Oksana
Fandom: Grey's Anatomy
Rating: NC-17
Pairings: Addison/Alex, Addison/Mark
Spoilers: Thursday's Episode
Disclaimer: Shonda owns the characters; title and summary from Princess Superstar.
Summary: I came, I saw, I came and I came again and that's three.

"Face it, Karev," Addison breathes, feeling his hands against her nipples, rubbing them to points. Practically spinning from how good it feels to finally be naked with him. "You want it bad."

Alex smirks his dirty little smirk. "Yeah, well?" he says. "I have the best taste of everyone, don't I?"

She's grinding down against his cock and he's biting on her shoulder and fuck, it feels good, it's making Addison hot and wet and damn. She just wants to bite down on his lower lip.

(Mark is doing something very nice to her stomach with his tongue, but Mark is good at whatever he does. He can fuck without requiring eye contact and make her come. Addison appreciates that property about him. It lets her concentrate on the important things. Like how Alex is going to fuck her when he gives up and recognizes that he wants to.)

"Did I hear you say you want a taste?" Addison asks, leaning back with an evil little smile of her own. "Or that I'm a taste?"

"You're not bad," Alex agrees, running his hands down her spine and over her ass, sending a nice crackle of electricity right through Addison's pussy. "But I haven't gotten to sample the goods, so I have no idea how good they are."

"You're turning me into an object," Addison says with a fake-scowl. "Then again, I plan to make you my boy-toy, so..."

Alex laughs and tilts Addison against the mattress (and somewhere in reality, Mark is putting on a condom and Addison's got her thighs splayed out willingly, panting) and snorts.

"I'm not your Sloan Mark 2, dude," he says, because Alex would say dude, and that's actually enough to make Addison hotter. Naked and sweaty and gasping because yeah, he wants a taste while remaining himself.

Oh, but Karev is so wrong if he thinks a mere pussy-eating will make Addison tremble. She's survived more than one round of cocky bastards and just because his tongue is licking stripes on the inside of her thigh doesn't mean that she's going to beg for his cock.

He's the help. Addison Montgomery is too hot and too good at this to be seduced by the help. Especially the guy who says he doesn't want a piece of this when he clearly does and is out to make her crazy.

(And that's what Mark is good at. Making her less crazy. Good at making all the dirty slut instincts inside of Addison scream and go limp, especially with that power stroke that she knows he did with Nancy. They compared notes over drinks once.)

"No, you're my dirty intern who can't resist tasting the best," Addison says, trying not to laugh because what Alex is doing with his nose and his tongue is making her soaked and they will so totally ruin the 500-count sheets if he keeps this up.

"Mmmf," replies Alex. "You're making it easy to get a good taste."

Oh, it's so true, and Addison's got one hand gripping the sheets and the other on her tit because he's got her hips pumping away and one thigh slung over his shoulder and the other at a weird angle so he can just keep licking her.

"Don't stop," she says, and that one is safe to say to Mark (who goes faster, and that's nice, too) so she whimpers and thrashes. It's the way he looks at her. Like he likes the idea of a woman who is smart, really smart, really good, but when she's done being smart for the day, wants to be fucked and fucked and fucked.

Unabashed come-slut -- fuck yes his tongue is on her clit -- and he's gonna slam into her like she was his toy and then he's gonna do that surgery with her tomorrow and respect her skill as if she wasn't moaning like a fucking porn star.

Sometimes brains have to stop, and Alex is making her brain stop (well, Mark is making her brain stop, but Mark thinks that means he wins. Never mind Mark moved away from everything he loved to get a chance to make Addison's brain stop with sex. He still thinks making her come is the same as being better than her, but if he's dumb enough to be her living vibrator, Addison feels no regrets about fucking a very good living vibrator, because really, she's fucking Alex without fucking Alex) and he knows Addison Montgomery is not a whore and he wants her like this.

Addison is a come-slut, not a whore. Big difference. Whores get paid, and oh god, he's big and he just pulls her upright so he can make her fuck him.

Yeah, yeah, she wants this bad. Fucking Karev smirk, she's gonna bite down on that and he's gonna grunt because he likes being in her as much as she likes riding his dick.

His mouth tastes like her. It makes Addison ride him faster, because she tastes good on him.

"God yeah," she whispers, wanting that little bit of stubble Alex gets after a long day rashing her throat, wanting to dig her fingernails into his shoulders. "You're good there, just a little left, yeah, good. So good..."

"Yeah, you're gone for it," Alex is teasing her, but Addison does not care. "Just say it. You're lovin' this."

"Oh, yeah, oh GOD, so much," Addison confesses. "I want it over and over, you have no idea."

"The way you're fucking me?" Alex replies. "I think I've got it."

Smartass. Smartass, but he's got his finger on her clit and she's gonna come again, she's gonna come riding Karev like he was Secretariat and love it, head snapping back and crying out, crying out the way no one has ever made her cry out because they always wanted her but didn't respect how much Addison wants to be fucked but not fucked over.

(Mark thinks he's so good, just because she's coming. Twenty-five minutes with a Hitachi Magic Wand might have been less of a pain in the ass, after all. He thinks this means she's lying, that she thinks of him after all. And Addison does think of him. Sort of.)

"Yeahhhh, that's right," Alex murmurs into her ear as Addison goes limp. "You're fucking incredible like this."

"Yeah?" she asks, feeling every limb relax as he pumps into her at a leisurely pace.

"Yeah," he says. "I think I'm gonna have to come now, that's how good you feel coming."

And he does with a shout and Addison chuckles, stroking his back.

She so has him. But he has her right back, so, what the hell? She can enjoy being owned. At least a little.

(Mark is saying something. Addison missed it and will have to ask him in a minute. Bastard. He would have to interrupt the afterglow.)

Okay, I have watched too much Grey's Anatomy: I finished three seasons in less than a week. I mean, like, a business week, maybe (probably sooner). I think this is actually a very wise television series and I see why so many people my age are obsessed with it. I discovered last night that the George/Izzie storyline isn't very popular at all, which I don't understand...although I think that's just because I love George. And, thusly by extension, T.R. Knight. He's just adorable :) Well, both of them.
I'm watching My Best Friend's Wedding, which I've fallen in love with all over again and I'm still on the opening credits (uhm, brides singing..? Yes, please!). Okay, why was it okay for British men to be gay, but not American men..? The United States is so weird. But still, love love love this movie! And Dermot Mulroney is very handsome :) Dare I say hot in 1997...which, btw, that year is entirely anachronistic. I mean, now, of course...talk about a redundant sentence :P

I totally missed my whole Movie Monday thing, but I did see some new movies: The Tracey Fragments, The Dark Knight, and Mamma Mia!. Basically, all are amazing in their own ways, but The Tracey Fragments is definitely an avant garde film, but still very good.

And someone please buy me these:

I had an allergic reaction to peppers last night. Three hours in the emergency room, a quarter of which was spent with me and my mom playing the Grey's Anatomy game on her cell phone, while we waited for the doctor to come in again. But like the end of Deathly Hallows: all was well.

I really hate driving. I myself can't drive yet (not for another two years), but it seriously freaks me out. When other people drive, I'm constantly like "Oh God, oh God."

Plus, the thought of having to drive is scary. I told my mom I'd much rather ride my bike everywhere. Besides, it is definitely better for the environment.

13 Little Blue Envelopes is really good so far.
