• Scarica e aggiunge le chiavi GPG di repositories non ufficiali.
• Sostituisce il sources.list originale con uno modificato da me contenente repositories non ufficiali. Ovviamente il sources.list originale viene anche conservato.
• Installa pacchetti (secondo me) necessari.
• Scarica alcuni fonts presenti sul MacOs.
• Setta in grassetto l'orario.
• Scarica le barre da sostituire al pannello in stile MacOs(~/.bars/).
• Scarica sfondi aggiuntivi(~/.walls/).
• Scarica il set di icone "Discovery".
• Scarica l'usplash Atari-Linux.(~/.usplash/)
• Scarica lo script Pidgin-minimized creato da me.
• Configura LM-Sensors.
• Scarica il tema Royal di Windows XP per le finestre di Wine.

Per far partire il programma consiglio di munirsi di una buona e stabile connessione. Ad ogni domanda del programma bisogna rispondere sempre "Si" o "Yes" a secondo dei casi. Vi sarà anche chiesto all'inizio di inserire la password di root. Il processo potrebbe durare anche molto tempo(dipende dalla velocità della vostra connessione).

OK, enough of the past.

(Actually it gets really hard to type when you have your father's just behind you, possibly take sneaks at your text. So it might, just might, be my own fault for typing this in the living room. My bad.)

I actually feel somewhat bad for not getting Jafnie a birthday gift. Sure, we haven't met up in like forever. No, seriously, the last time I saw him face to face was like close to 2 years ago. And in our world, that's forever.
But of course as I contemplate getting Jafnie a gift, another voice -- in fact two voices -- are nagging at me. One is nagging me to scour the web to find a book that Tengy might like. I still owe him that gift. Another gift that is way overdue -- like months overdue -- is Zullie's gift which I promised like back on the 21st of July this year. Aargh!!! That's like 3 months, or a quarter of a year to put it in perspective.

I am a lousy friend.

But not to worry, my conscience me.
This weekend, actually tomorrow, my sister might be going shopping if her mood gives in i.e. stressed-out much.

And if that is so, I'll make her drag me out to shop for gifts.
For Tengy, I simply need to get a wonderful read... Maybe something that I like? So, that is pretty then set.
For Zullie, is a lot more difficult. For starters -- reminding myself what a lousy friend I really am -- I don't really have a nuts clue what Zullie likes.
I mean I couldn't possibly get him like an internship at Vogue UK, can I?

I mean, like seriously. I can't do that. Not after the horrible thing I did to Anna's dress on that fateful Vanity Fair's event.

I mean, an internship will just kill him. Like literally. The people there at the magazine will be bitchy and real ugly towards him. Because he is such a nice guy. They'll tear him up like a bloody baby seal in a sharks' pool. And the workload is way off the shoot.
If there is anything I have learnt from Ugly Betty (excet how deliciously evil Wilhelmina Slater really is), is that fashion magazines are the bitzet. 

And since I am trying to be a better friend, I couldn't possibly allow something so terrible like killing him occur, can I?

(I realize that the term "can I" said quickly, sounds a lot like "canine". Scary.)

So an internship is way out of the question.

So what would make a good gift for Zullie?

I couldn't possibly ask him, right?

Oh wait. Maybe I'll do that. Yes, that sounds superb. And then I can avoid bad-gift-syndrome (BGS). I still remember when my mother's colleague/friend/busybody gave me a Mohair sweater. I still remember how awfully goat-y it smelled. And it was "handmade" or so Roana said. Like her "name", the "handmade" quality was as real as Courtney Love's "Chanel" attire at the Chanel event with Karl Lagerfeld.
It had a label on the side that read: Machine-made. Made in Turkey.

I never trusted Roana ever again. Not that I ever met her again. That was like 8 years ago.

But still people.

So Zullie's gift is still WIP. So none for Jafnie until I can get something for the two of them.

Just thinking of gifts is killing me. Well, not Zullie-style.

And I get that creeping feeling that my father is peeking at my writing for the longest time.
