You can customize the toolbar buttons by displaying the items name (logins, macros, bookmarks) or the name of the tag you saved them into.

Click the toolbar button of the item you want to run. Web Replay performs the web action connected to that item (Web Replay can automatically log you into websites, or navigates to a bookmarked website, or simply perfoms in seconds a sequence of repetitive web actions - clicking, typing, filling forms etc.).

Web Replay by default toolbar buttons are:

1. The record button – if you click this button Web Replay starts recording your internet actions (typing, clicking, navigating)

2. The stop button – click this button to stop Web Replay performing an action

3. The Fill form button – click this button to automatically fill out forms

4. The search button – when you want to find quickly and easily one of your saved items in a 1001 items database then you should use the Web Replay Internet Explorer search band. Click the search button to open the search band. You can search items by their name, by the tag you saved them into, and by their category – logins, macros, bookmarks. The items are revealed as you type.

5. The bookmark button – use it to bookmark websites. You can tag your bookmarks to find them quickly and easily and you can also write a short description about them.

6. The snapshot button – use this button to take a full page snapshot (scrollbar included).

7. The settings button – this button opens the Web Replay management studio

8. The sign out button – click it to sign out Web Replay

9. The generate password button – you can generate strong passwords with Web Replay. When you’re singing up for a new web site generate the password with Web Replay (you can chose what characters to use and the length of the password)

For instance, you can save in the Sports tag other tags like basketball, football, tennis etc. Now if you need to reach to the website(s) you saved, let’s say, in the basketball tag then you make these simple steps to precisely reach to your item in your 1001 items database:

1. Open the Web Replay search band for Internet Explorer (there’s a toolbar button, with a spyglass icon, that you click to access Web Replay’s search band)

2. Select the Sports tag in the drop-down menu and Web Replay reveals its content (the website(s) or the tag(s) you saved in it)

3. Click the basketball tag to reveal the content (it may be a website like www.NBA.com you may click and Web Replay takes you there)

If you saved other tags in it you can see them all. And if you click one of the tags you see the website(s) you saved in it. For example, clicking the basketball tag reveals the link to www.NBA.com or the link to another website connected to this tag.  

If you chose to type in the search band the name of the item you want to identify in your database Web Replay reveals the items as you type, helping you remember their name and identify them faster.

You can search any of your items in the Web Replay password manager database directly from your Internet Explorer browser by accessing Web Replay search band. Web Replay reveals the items in the search band as you type.

If you have so many del.icio.us bookmarks or IE favorites it is easier to find them if you save them in their proper tag.

For example, you can save in the Sports tag as many bookmarks you want (links to websites you can anytime launch in a click of a button).

But you can also create other tags under the Sports tag. Thus, if you click the Sports tag you can reveal other tags like: Basketball or Football. Click the tag to reveal the website you want to run in 1 CLICK (it may be a login to a website or a bookmark or a macro).

On the other hand, you can import your del.icio.us bookmarks and Internet Explorer Favorites into the Web Replay password manager database to have them protected by a master password (you can set a master password to protect your data).
