I wonder if it’s that simple?

I can sing a little, but more can I play

on the sax, tenor, alto, I have no fear

of this thing called success.

I play most all music, but most of all, jazz.

The notes from the page lead down in my soul,

and you see, there is plenty to find,

find my life facing you, now I must write it,

a piano, I need, to hear the notes:

It’s not easy to know what is right or what is wrong

with so many choices. But I guess I write

what I see and hear, Passion, I hear you:

hear you, hear me–we two–you, me, dance on this page.

(I hear love, too.) Me—who?

Well, I see the page, lines, notes, and the rhythms

They come as one whole thought and all suggest life.

My thoughts on this one little page are whole,

and true—feeling, heart, and life.

I guess thinking these doesn’t make me NOT like

other people, but similar, perhaps, even more.

So will my page be alive that I write?

Using soul, it will not be dead.

But it can be

a part of you, everyone.

We listen—

and come together, as one, as our souls unite.

That’s music.

Sometimes perhaps we don’t like to listen all the same.

We can get opposite meanings from the same song.

It is what we do!

As I learn from you,

you should learn from others—

Although we’re different—and split—

the truth still hovers.

This is the music that WE see.

Fotboll mellan HIF och HIF igår. Har varit "grön-vit" HIF:are sedan 1979, men är så trött på skiten de s.k. fansen håller på med så det sista lilla fotbollsintresset är på väg att försvinna. Visste ni förresten att Bajen har haft basketlag i dåvarande elitserien.
